    The first part of the interview, Dana gets Alice to open up, and …

    At this point Dana noticed Alices` head hung low so decided to change the subject. It hurt Dana that Alice kept being treated like that. Dana was a very sensitive person but with Alice there was something more that Dana could not put her finger on. Just as she was about to change the subject Alice carried on opening her heart.

    Alice – “Then of course I think my favourite thing is staying in with that special someone. Lying on the sofa, cuddled up with a good film and a bottle of wine. I suppose you are going to ask if I have that person in my life now?”

    Dana looked into Alices` eyes – “Do you want to divulge that information?”

    Alice – “I might as well, and the answer is no, I’m afraid.”

    Alice forced a smile and Dana heard the resound sorrow in her voice. How could anyone not want to be with this beautiful, sexy woman? And there was so much more to her than looks Dana found as she learnt more about her. She told herself to keep these developing feelings in check! Alice probably wasn’t even interested …

    Dana decided that this was upsetting Alice and changed the subject to save her feelings. She went on to ask Alice about her musical tastes, literature and even vacation destinations. Alice really opened up, especially talking about her love of music and singing. When she said about her favourite city of San Francisco she went on to say about her love of a romantic tropical beach, walking along in the moonlight, holding a loved one on the beach under the stars with the surf lapping around her feet. Alice seemed to drift off while still looking at Dana, but Dana did not say anything. Instead she thought about how these were her likes too. Oh, if only she had Alice with her to do this …

    Dana brought Alice back to reality with another question.

    Dana – “If you were going on a picnic, what sandwiches would you pack?”

    Alice replied confused – “Huh?”

    Dana asked again, smiling, and said well?

    Alice – “Cheese and cucumber I guess”, she replied confused. “I’m a cheese fiend. And it would have to be strawberries and champagne too! Possibly with a dark haired, sparkly eyed, fit woman to share them with she continued!”

    1. OMG U TEASE!! LOL I cant believe u left us hanging like tht!! Ok so firstly sorry for not commenting on like the last 8 chapters i been pretty busy. Secondly WOW I reli reli reli love ur story and i love ur twist on things making Dana the journalist and Alice the celebrity. Im concerned Dana admission into wateva reason it is she is interviewing Al will ruin there budding frendship ….. Oh i cant wait for more.     5. Loved it! I especially love Dana being herself and Alice realizing that and appreciating it. Sounds like Dana got some of her questions for the Danish author’s spotlight sessions. Dana doing a dance in her head was just too funny. I am concerned about Dana’s confession — and also that she only has a few minutes to make it. I won’t get on you too much about the cliffhanger since I know you won’t keep us hanging too long. Thanks so much, chillipepper!!
