Chapter 23
Bette opened the door and looked at Tina in surprise. “Hey, what’s going on?” Bette poked her head out the door looking for Hazel who usually managed the exchange. “Hi Angie.” She took Angelica from Tina’s arms and showered her with kisses. “How is my Boo?” Seeing Tina frozen in the doorway Bette invited her in still confused as to why Tina was here instead of Hazel.
Tina walked in carrying the light bag of essential toys and sleeping buddies that could not be kept in separate residences.
“Is Hazel sick?” Bette queried.
“No, she is no longer sitting for Angelica since I ended my relationship with Henry.”
“You what?”
“Ended my relationship with Henry and Hazel was his babysitter not mine. I am using temps until I can find someone permanent.”
Bette did not know how to respond. “I usually change her into her pajamas when she gets here. Do you want to come with us while I change her?” Bette clung to routine while her mind filled with questions. What the hell happened she wondered? If he hurt her he would pay Bette vowed.
“If you don’t mind that would be nice.” Tina responded. She followed Bette and Angelica down the hall. The view pleased her immensely.
Bette turned to ask Tina to unpack the bag and caught her looking at her in appreciation. Bette shook her head. Tina did not just cruise her. She looked again but Tina had turned and was placing the bag on Angie’s bed. When Tina turned back Bette wondered if she imagined the look of a moment ago. She changed Angelica into the footie pajamas that she was comfortable with. Angelica looked to Tina for her favorite bear which was silently produced. Angelica knowing the routine then made her way to the kitchen while her two mothers followed.
Once in the kitchen Angelica demanded a “nak” from Bette.
“What would you like Boo, jello or banana?”
“Yellow” Angie answered clapping her hands.
“Jello, it is.” Bette replied.
Once Angie had her jello and her own rubber spoon they retired to the living room where Angie settled comfortably in Bette’s lap to eat her ‘yellow’. She hesitantly offered some to Tina but the reluctance with which she offered it made Tina burst into laughter before declining. Angelica oblivious to the reason for her mother’s laughter went back to her ‘yellow’ with a vengeance.

Well, looks like we have a fight on our hands after all… Tina seems to be claiming her woman, but who will Bette choose? Thanks, kelika.
Those lyrics give me hope, because I do believe in Bette and Tina…and Rosanna may be a wonderful woman whose love for Bette is a gift, but no, she hasn’t charmed me. Thank you for taking so much of your time to bring this story to us!

I hope Bette does not give into Tina. I know they say you hurt the one’s you love the most, but I think Tina but Bette through to much. I do hope that Ro win’s in the end. Which is a change for me because I have always been a Bette and Tina Fan all the way. Thanks
Whether or not Tina deserves Bette, if Tina is who will make Bette happy, go for it. Yea, let Tina work for it and prove it to Bette, but if that where Bette’s heart is happy, so be it.
I know that we love people often inspite of who they are and not only because of who they are … and Bette loves Tina inspite of the fact that Tina is self-centred and selfish. But I hope that Bette doesn’t fall for Tina’s crap, hook, line and sinker. I hope Bette will grab some more of the desirability, confidence and good feelings that her relationship with Ro has given her and tell Tina to “STEP”. Just because Tina suddenly decided that she’s a lesbian once more that doesn’t give her the right to make any demands or have any positive expectations of Bette’s reactions to her sudden change of heart and mind. I love this story Kelika, and I’m looking forward to tomorrow installment. Thanks.

How the hell did I fall so far behind. I would finish one chapter and check to see if there was another and sure enough there was another. I am a Tibetter though and though but it is nice to see Bette with someone who loves her for her. I like Rosanna much better than Jodie. But having said that Tina is still my woman to be with Bette. If/when Tina and Bette do work themselves back together please send Rosanna my way.

i think i am the only one who would say this.. please don’t break rosanna’s heart.. i am an avid fan of bette and tina.. but i don’t think those two people should get together now just because of their history and their past.. just my two cents.. great chapter.. great writer..
Way to go Tina, let her know that you want her back. BUT i’m still undecided on whether Bette should get back with Tina or stay with Ro. I think i’m leaning towards Ro b/c she can give Bette a fresh start and Bette is falling for her. Thanks for the posts tonight. I would have commented on all of them but i didnt get in until late. God, this story is killing me. Bette’s attraction to Rosanna is so powerful, that I really think Tina may have left it too late to reclaim her – and that breaks my Tibette heart!

OOPs,hit he wrong button. Just to finish if Bette does not want Tina, Ro will know that Bette is hers for life, with no lingering doubts.
I am an avid eader, but not much of a poster. Just want to give my two cents. Ro has stated that she knows Bette is still in love with Tina even if Bette cannot see it now. So, I believe Ro, if she truly loves Bette, should let Bette go. Let her figure out for herself if Tina is her first, last and forever. Then if Bette decides she does nnodoes’nt want Tina
i believe in B&T too, and i hope Bette will chose Tina because they have deeper connection…just like Jobette on the show doesn’t do anything for me, so is RoBette…way to go, Tina…fight for your woman
