Christina watched as Rachael slithered into the room with a full Romulan Guard by her side. It was unnecessary to employ this level of protection on a Federation Starship. Christina was not by nature petty or prone to emotional reactions. The only being that could draw forth such reactions from her was standing across the room engaged in conversation with her sister, Kit.
She approached Rachael intent on discovering her unusual reaction to the woman. Was it that the woman had the audacity to touch her woman or challenge her for her hand? No. She searched herself. She had settled that score at the place of Kunnit Kalifee. There was something in her cousin’s manner that put her on alert.
Rachael she instantly recognized was lusting for her wife. She completed the steps that separated them and found Serena met her there.
“Cousin, has your mother no civility?” Christina asked pointedly.
Rachael bristled at the insult drawing herself up and reaching for her side arm, which was not there. “You insult my mother, daughter of her sister?” Her tone was both challenging and derisive.
“I do not know who is responsible for your lack of manners.” Christina replied calmly. “I simply wish to know who is responsible for your lack of proper training.”
Serena snorted, amused by the interchange. “What makes you question our cousin’s training? Is it that she challenged you over your woman or is there something more?”
“She continues to look at my wife with eyes of lust.” Christina answered flatly. “This is unacceptable for the well bred of Romulus, Rhemus or Vulcan.”
Serena looked at Rachael who involuntarily looked at Elizabeth and the evidence was plain to see. Her eyes took liberties that were reserved for her mate. Serena who was also drawn by the power and beauty of Elizabeth quickly averted her own eyes rather than offend her cousin to whom the woman was bound.
Christina took this all in and commented. “Cousin Serena is obviously well bred. She too would have enjoyed the one who is now my wife but she averts her eyes understanding the respect that is due to one such pledged. She understands that, as well as, the blood bond which places Elizabeth even further from her consideration.”

Frisky girl, that Christina. And she is going to make Rachael very, very sorry at some point. She goes well beyond bad manners and affronts all ettiquette. Are we SURE that Kirk and Spock’s relationship was all that different than Elizabeth’s and Christina’s?

I am so glad that someone pushed you into continuing this story. I can’t seem to get enough of Captain Porter and First Officer Kennard. I don’t think that there will be a time that they can withstand a causal touch without coming undone.

It just keeps getting better!! OMG! Christina will wind up kicking Rachael’s ass…. But here’s a thought.. how are you going to make it possible for Elizabeth to impregnate Christina? hmmmmm…. I guess as long as they do all that “hot” melding as much as possible of course,it could happen! :)
