    Getting the nursery started

     

     

     

     

    Bette:  Tee… I can’t wait to fill in all the info in our Baby Book…

     

    Tina:  I know… there is a lot to fill in… the book you got me for the 9 months before is just about filled…

     

    Linda:  That’s means it’s close to BABY TIME…

     

    Tina:  3 months…

     

    Bette:  I am hoping you go early… well not to early…

     

    Tina:  The day will be here before you know it…

     

    Linda:  I’m glad all the girls passed by…

     

    Frank:  Me too, it wouldn’t be Christmas if I didn’t see Alice and the rest of them too…

     

    Bette:  I second that…

     

    Tina:  I am beat… we can put things away tomorrow…

     

    Bette:  Let’s go to bed baby…

     

    Tina:  Let’s go to bed…

    The next morning they were both woken up to the smell of coffee…

     

    Tina:  I can’t wait to be able to drink coffee again… it smells delicious…

     

    Bette:  It does… come on let’s get up and get some breakfast…

     

    They both grabbed their robes and made their way to the kitchen…

     

    Frank:  hey… good morning…

     

    Tina:  Good morning daddy… where’s mom

     

    Linda:  Right here… I put some laundry in…

     

    Bette:  I need a cup of this… it smells delicious…

     

    Linda:  Tina I made you some tea…

     

    Later after breakfast… Bette was admiring Tina’s present…

     

    Tina:  You like it…

     

    Bette:  No I love it… how did you get Toni to do this for you…

     

    Tina:  Well you know she never takes orders… she only sculpts things that inspire her…

     

    Bette: I know… so how did you do it…

     

    Tina:  Toni made one similar for Patty and she showed it to me… and I fell in love with it… Patty said she would get Toni to make one similar for me…

     

    Linda:  It is beautiful… two mothers and their baby…

     

    Bette:  I love the way the birth mother is feeding the baby and the other mother is holding them both… its breathtaking…

     

    Tina:  It’s us… well soon to be us…

     

    Linda:  Now you need a place for it… and a pedestal…

It’s great to see you back, and I was happy to hear how much better you sounded tonight. Anyway, I just gotta tell ya, Bette is going to make the cutest Mommy! She is all excited over the baby book, and all the fun stuff that you get to prepare for over those 9 months. I can’t even imagine what I will be like!
