    A crush, a meeting then love?? – Chapter 28

“Let’s get out of here.” Bette says and takes Tina’s hand and guides her up to their room.

They take a seat on the sofa. Tina leans into Bette who put her arm around Tina.

“I think you need to do this Tina.” Bette says.

    “Do what?” Tina asks.

“Talk to your sister. Tomorrow, you take the car and meet with your sister.” Bette says.

“What about you, I want to be with you on the course.” Tina says.

“I’ll be okay. This is more important. Family is more important than me playing golf.” Bette says and strokes Tina’s hair softly.

“A part of me thought that I would never see them again. I’ve actually missed Sarah most. And off course my older brother. We were so close. I don’t think he’ll come around any time soon.” Tina says.

“Give them time Tee.” Bette replies.

There is a knock on the door. Bette raises up and walks over and opens.

“Hi Lara.” Bette says. “Come in.” She continues.

“Hey. So I walked the course again and if you play like you did today, you will qualify. I’m sure of it. It’s like you knew how these notes would be like.” Lara smiles.

“Yeah, well you know” Bette laughs. Lara looks over at Tina and sees that she walked into something.

“Did I walk in on something?” Lara asks looking at Bette.

    “No, it’s okay.” Bette replies.

Tina stands up and walks over to them.

“Do you have Sarah’s cell phone number?” Tina asks softly.

“Yeah, sure.” Lara says. “Do you have a pen?” Lara asks.

Tina turns around and gets a pen and a piece of paper from the table.

“Here.” Tina says and gives it to her.

Lara writes down the number and her number at her on campus apartment.

“Thank you.” Tina says and walks into the bathroom.

    Lara looks at Bette.

“She’ll be okay. I told her to contact her tomorrow while we’re out on the course.” Bette says.

“I thought you needed her there?” Lara asks.

“I do, but this is more important. Family is more important than a game of golf. And Tina is more important to me, she comes first.” Bette says and looks at Lara, who smiles.

I need to know so that I will be able to handle you possibly not posting as often as you do. I love your story and I hope you will continue with it even when life gets busier.

    7. And you are stopping here you bastard….Ohhh god I want more. We were just getting to the good part where Tina and Sarah start talking. Wonderful update and story Lauren. Keep going. Post soon

    8. I keep visualizing Bette, my eyes follow her long legs, clad in white slacks, down to her the brown and white saddle cleats.

She has on a white visor to complete the look. And a short-sleeved buttoned up blouse, tastefully left open to show her healthily tanned skin. I’ll let you choose the blouse color. After all, it is your story…Ha!

      What were we talking about?
Oh, the story…hope the parents take advantage of the close proximity and meet with Tina. They have a gorgeous future daughter-in-law. Plus, she’s loaded. She might buy them an Avis dealership.
      My mind is evil…
