“Yeah.” Tina replies.
“Hey, Kit, you want to try?” Bette asks.
“Sure.” Kit says and walks over.
“We’re just gonna talk to Noah, we’ll be right back.” Bette says and give the club to Kit. They walk over to the boys.
“Noah? Could we talk to you for a second?” Tina asks.
“Okay.” He says and follows his mothers over to the table. Bette and Tina takes a seat next to each other and Noah stands in front of them, close.
“You don’t think this is fun do you?” Bette asks and looks at him.
“No, not really. It’s fun sometimes.” Noah replies.
“Okay, what do you like to do for fun?” Tina asks.
“I like soccer, and I like to paint.” Noah replies.
“You like to paint?” Tina asks a little surprised.
“Yes, I do it in school, I really enjoy it.” Noah says and smiles.
“Okay, would you like me to go in and get a few pencils and a piece of paper or…” Bette says and looks at him. He smiles and his eyes lights up a little.
“Yes, please.” He replies.
“Okay, I’ll be right back then.” Bette says and stands up and walks inside.
Tina pulls Noah to her.
“Come here sweetie. If there is something you don’t like, please tell us. We don’t want you to have a bad time. You can tell us every thing. I hope you know that.” Tina says and looks into his eyes.
“Yes, mommy.” Noah says.
Tina give him a hug and a kiss on the forehead.
“I love you. Maybe on the next family day next week, we’ll bring paint and papers for you, maybe you could paint us playing golf or something.” Tina suggests.
“Yes, please that’ll be so fun.” He replies and gives his mother a big hug.
“And tomorrow, we’ll go shopping for some paint equipments for you to have home, okay. That way you can paint whenever you want to.” Tina says.
“Thank you mommy.” He replies and give her another hug.
Bette walks out again with a few pencils and pens and a short stack of paper.
“Here you go sweetie. That is all I have here. I hope it will do for now.” Bette says.
He takes it and starts drawing right away.

That is so sweet a family night out. Every family should try it if not weekly then a couple of times a month. Glad you got Peggy in the picture. Maybe Helena will leave Tina alone. She want a ready made family. Heck you have got to work hard to have a family and a home. thanks

The family night was very successful. I love how the whole immediate family was together. It is nice to see how the boys are close to Bette and How Andrea is close to Tina. Loved it when Andrea went to her sister Julia and wanted to sit with her. Nice story.
