    Chapter 197

      

    Next day at Julia and Jessie’s apartment:

    Julia woke first, she got out of bed and started on breakfast.  She would let Jessie sleep a while longer before she’d surprise her with breakfast in bed.

    Jessie woke from the sounds coming from the kitchen. She stayed in bed, trying to get back to sleep again. That way she wouldn’t have to think about the last few days. Tears started to form again and she pulls the covers close to her face and silently starts to sob. A few minutes later Julia walks in with the tray of food. Jessie didn’t hear her come in, but Julia hears the crying. She set the tray down on the floor and takes a seat on the bedside and starting to softly stroke the hair out of Jessie’s face.

    “It’s going to be okay, give it time.” Julia says. “I know you’re hurting, I’m hurting too, but we’ll get through this, I promise.” Julia says and leans down and kisses Jessie’s cheek. “I love you Jessie, we’ll get through this.” She adds.

    Over at Bette and Tina’s:

    “Mama, are we going to the club today?” Danny asks.

    “Yes you are, after school, mommy will come and pick you up and bring you over and we’ll spend the evening here.” Bette says.

    “Okay, cool.” He replies.

    “Okay, guys, are you ready?” Bette calls out.

    “Yes.” Both say in unison.

    “Great, get your bags and let’s go.” Bette says.

    Tina is in the kitchen with Andrea.

    “Baby, we’re leaving.” Bette says and walks up to her wife and slides her arms around her waist.

    “I’ll miss you.” Tina says and smiles as she leans in for a kiss.

    “I’ll miss you too.” Bette replies and smiles.

    “Drive carefully. I love you.” Tina says and leans in for another kiss.

    “I will. You too. And I love you too, more each day.” Bette says and smiles.

    She lets go of Tina and leans down and kiss her Andrea’s forehead.

    “Love you to Angel.” Bette says. Andrea smiles and claps her hands.

    “I’ll call you later.” Tina says and smiles.

    “Not if I call you first.” Bette says and winks at her wife.

    “Go, before I keep you here.” Tina says and giggles.

    3. How is it that Helena is always trying to take something that does not belong to her. Just because she has her mother’s money does not give her the right to hurt others. I hope that Julia is able to get Jessie to understand that there is nothing that she could have done to stop what has happened. Love the Bette and Tina show. Makes the cold shower look mighty good right now. Hope the move goes well.

    4. somebody must to give a proper lesson to Helena! and i think that the rigth person to do it is Bette! please please don’t let Tina will hook wiht Henry the lawyer, cause when i read his name i start to shudder! have a nice move! well you have to see the possitive in some place! take care

    5. I’m with gogk. I saw the name Henry and mentally screamed NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! lol Bette and Tina REALLY needed that alone time. I hope Jessie and Julia can work through their problems.

    7. Guess Alpha Bette will need to get ready to battle for her woman. Henry,why Henry? Could you have named his Ralph. Love that Bette and Tina had some down time. They need it. Lets teach Helena a nice lesson on not taking thing that doesn’t belong to her. thanks

    10. Helna needs to learn a lot of things the least being “YOU CAN”T BUY SOMETHING THAT IS NOT FOR SALE” AND ONE and Tina is definatly NOT for sale. Hey there is just NO accounting for class or the lack there of.

    13. Glad to see another post from you and what a great one. I love B&T taking the day off to….you know :o)) Helena is a pain in the a.., but Bette will take care of her (I hope)!!!! Please don’t let Henry try anything with Tina, she is so spoken for. Have a great move :o))
