“Okay. But you looked cute though. Very cute.” Bette says and smiles.

She just made a ponytail and they were on their way out 5 minutes later.

They parked the car outside the Planet and went in.

Alice and Shane are seated at a table. They sees Bette and Tina enter, but Bette and Tina doesn’t see them.

“Hey, Shane, look. It has been a long time since they were here alone. And look at them… They seem… refreshed.” Alice says and grins.

“They are in love Alice. And they are married. It’s part of life, just let it go.” Shane says and relaxes back into her chair.

“Yeah, yeah whatever.” Alice says and looks over at the happy couple, who’s at the counter ordering.

“What are we having?” Bette asks as she put her hand on Tina’s back and softly moves it up and down.

“Hm, I think I’ll just have a salad and a cup of coffee.” Tina says.

“I thought you were hungry?” Bette says.

“Yeah, I am hungry, but I feel like a salad.” Tina replies and smiles at Bette.

“Okay. I’ll have a hamburger plate with a big portion of fries on the side. And I’ll have a pepsi and a cup of coffee.” Bette says.

“That will be 27 dollars.” The man behind the counter says.

“Okay, here you go.” Bette says and gives him the money. “Is Kit in today?” She asks.

“Yeah, she is, she’s in the office.” The man says.

“Okay, thank you.” Bette says.

They turn around to find a table. They want a private one, but as soon as they turn around they see Alice waving them over.

“I guess our private time is over.” Tina says and sighs as she looks at Bette.

“I guess so, yes.” Bette says and give her a comforting smile.

Shane sees this interaction and recognizes the looks right away. They want to be alone. But she can’t really do anything with Alice. She’s Alice and she doesn’t sees those things.

Bette and Tina make their way over to the table.

“Hey guys.” They say in unison.

“Hey.” Shane says and smiles as she sit relaxed back in her chair.

“Sooo…” Alice says and smiles at them.

“Sooo, what Alice?” Tina asks.

“What are you guys doing here in the middle of the day?” She asks.

“We decided to take the day off.” Bette says as she pulls out the chair for Tina and then taking a seat herself next to her.

“Aha, do you always look this…refreshed… every morning?” She asks, grinning from ear to ear.

“What do you mean, refreshed?” Tina asks, knowing exactly what Alice means, but not letting her know it right away.

“Oh come on Tina, you know damn well, what I mean. You’ve just had sex, it’s hard not to see it.” Alice says and looks at both Tina and Bette.

Bette looks over at Tina, meeting her gaze. She smiles.

“So what, aren’t we allowed?” Tina asks as she takes Bette’s hand in hers under the table. She squeezes it softly.

“Off course you are…” Alice says.

“Drop it Alice, we’re not discussing our relationship with you.” Bette says.

Alice pouts a little, but then lets it go.

The food arrives and then Shane stands up.

“I’m leaving. See you guys later.” Shane says and starts walking. She give Alice a look before she disappears out the door.

“Ah, yeah I have a interview to go to. I’ll see you guys later too, enjoy your day off.” Alice says.

“Thanks.” They both say.

Alice leaves.

“Finally. Shane knew too. She’s so much more grounded. And subtle.” Bette says as she takes a bite of her hamburger. Tina has finished her salad before Bette’s half way through her burger.

“Have you spoken to Jessie?” Bette asks.

“No, not since the other day.” Tina replies. “have you spoken to Julia?” Tina asks.

“No. I think I’ll call her later.” Bette says and smiles at Tina who is looking at her, and then looking down on the fries. She chuckles a little and push the extra fries over to her. “Here, why do you think I ordered extra fries.” Bette says and pats Tina’s thigh.

“You know me so well.” Tina says and leans in for a kiss.

“Yeah, I do.” Bette replies and kisses Tina back.
