The words kept tumbling out of her mouth without thought or consideration. Her pent up emotions needed to be set free but never had she once entertained the idea that she could hate her mother. Could she? Did she? “Oh my god… I hate her.”

“That was a lot better than I thought it would be.”

“Seriously, I was expecting crap but once again Johnny Depp saved the day.”

Dano and Madison talked animatedly as they left Pirates of the Carribean 2 which had been getting mixed reviews from their friends. The whole night had been a friendly affair, both girls enjoying each others company and getting back into the swing of simply being around each other. Besides being in a relationship, the second thing they missed the most was just being friends with each other.

“How smokin is Kiera Knightly though?” The taller girl asked while lowering her voice, a smirk donning her face.

Giving a playful shove, Madison took a pensive look before answering. “Yeah, she’s alright.”

“Alright? That’s it? She’s fuckin hot and you know it. Still, nothing tops Elisha Cuthbert.” Dano stated while taking a seat on one of the many benches strewn throughout the mall.

“What? Blondie from The Girl Next Door with no ass? Please, she’s not your type.”

“Oh really now? What is my type then?”

Madison opened her mouth as if to say something but then closed it quickly. She sat down next to Dano, closer than usual and fiddled with her shirt. Being in close proximity to her former girlfriend set off a chain reaction in her body starting off with the quickening of her heart beat and ending off with a tingling sensation in her fingertips. “Not her. Besides, you and I both know you’d faint if you ever saw Sarah Shahi.”

Daniella made an over exaggerated purring noise and placed a hand over her heart. “Good lord that woman. Ok so maybe you’re right. I like girls with color on them. You do too though.”

“I love Sarah Shahi. I wouldn’t mind seeing if she’s got that Latina fire in her.” Madison replied playfully. She all but burst out laughing once she looked over to find Dano’s mouth hanging wide open. “What?”

“Are you trying to kill me? You… and CARMEN! I don’t know what to do with myself right now.” She was smiling a big toothy smile. The image of the two hottest girls she’s ever seen together was enough to warrant that much if not more. ‘I’ve got such a thing for Hispanic girls.’ she mused to herself.

“Well you could take me home considering I have an 11 o’clock curfew.” In truth, Madison didn’t want to leave. She was having so much fun just being herself with no expectations to meet. That’s always how it was with Dano from the very beginning, the taller girl just loved her for her. Unfortunately, her mother was well aware who she was with and as a result, imposed a curfew that was much earlier than usual.

“Oh come on, is she really gonna be pissed if you’re a little late?”

“Yes. You know my mom. Besides I wanna stay in her good graces so next time I can argue for a later curfew.”

The sentence caught her off guard. “Wait… next time?”

“Yeah next time. Don’t act so surprised Dano. I actually like hangin out with you.”

“Good.” She said with a soft smile. “I’m glad.”
