After her giggling fit subsided, Daniella heaved a sigh to catch her breath but remained silent for a few moments, contemplating whether or not she should tell her mother about her plans with Madison. It wasn’t as if she didn’t know about their prior relationship or the ugly breakup that resulted. She knew almost all of it from beginning to end, including her and her brother’s rivalry over the Latina. Rachel had welcomed Madison with open arms into her household and saw the girl as an extension of the family. In some cases she even gave her daughter’s ex-girlfriend some pointers on how to handle Dano’s moods and behaviors.
“So are you gonna tell me or what?” her mother asked.
“Ok, but you have to promise not to tell Gideon or Nessa.”
“You’ve got my word.”
“Um… I’m kind of seeing Madison tonight.”
Mrs. Bearclaw’s progression with her hair halted momentarily before continuing on again, obviously surprised by her daughter’s admission. “Really? I didn’t know you two were on speakin terms again.”
“Yeah… I saw her a few days ago and we started talkin again. It’s not a date though, I think. Fuck, I don’t know what it is.”
A light tug to her hair reminded her of her momentary lapse in swearing and she muttered an apology. “Well what’re you doing tonight?”
“Hanging out at the mall, we might catch a movie and a bite to eat. I mean it could be a date or it could be just friendly chillin but I don’t know which.”
They sat in silence for a moment, both women contemplating the situation at hand and trying to decipher the most reasonable explanation of what exactly this hangout/chill/date was. It was either platonic or more but in the end, it was obvious that that would be decided by Madison.
“Do you think she still has feelings for you?” Rachel finally asked.
“…Honestly? I know she does but she’s just… she won’t forgive me. She kind of did in some way but she’s still hurt, ya know?”
“Well honey your best bet is to just go with her flow. She’s got all the cards and there ain’t a thing you can do about it but play the hand that she deals you.”

BOOOOOO! for having to leave of course…lol im not sure if ill be entirely sane when u return…i mean the posts werent comming in like they used to as it was…now i have to wait 2 whole months?? lol..ill have my license by then, lmao…..but i hate to disagree with soncrazy, but i LOVE reading about madison and dano…as much splashley goodness thats being posted on this site…we need a little variety :) and btw…this is TOTALLY a date! lol…pllllllleeeeaaaase post before you leave…im begging you! lol i REALLY wanna know whats gonna happen!! lol…but if u dont…i hope u have fun…where ever ur going…:)

Awww. I hate that you are leaving us. I hope you can post again before you leave. This is as bad as waiting for the show to start back. lol I love the Dano and Madison relationship, not as much as Spencer and Ashley, but almost.
