Chelsea: “Don’t get me wrong Spencer. I love art, but what are you hiding from?”
Spencer: “That obvious?”
Clay: “Well, It’s not every day you ask us to eat in the art room and give us no explanation.”
Spencer: “Fine. I saw Ashley this morning walking around with some strange girl. They looked pretty cozy together and I just. I don’t want to be around her right now.”
Chelsea: “Ouch. I’m sure there’s an explanation for it.”
Spencer: “The girl has to be knew. My first run in with Ashley when I was the new girl wasn’t pretty. She was really mean to me. I just don’t get it.”
Clay: “The only thing that could possibly make you feel better would be to talk to Ashley yourself. That is the only way you will get answers.”
Chelsea: “Do you really think Ashley would do that to you Spence?”
Spencer: “I don’t. That’s why this is all so confusing.”

Clay and Chelsea started talking about something and I spaced out. I was staring out the window when I saw Ashley and that girl. Ashley was holding her hand now and she was practically running with her. She lead her into a bathroom. They were in there long enough. I knew it wasn’t a normal bathroom break. I decided to get a head start to my next class so I took the back exit of the art room so Ashley wouldn’t see me if she happened to leave the bathroom at the same time I left art.

Ashley’s pov

I looked for Spencer all day. I was going to introduce her to Kyla, but she was M.I.A. I knew I would meet up with her at lunch. We did every single day since we met. Excluding that first day when I yelled at her. Kyla and I sat at a lunch table and of course Aiden and Glen came over to see who the new girl was. Stupid boys. Always thinking of one thing.

Glen: “ Well, hello there.”
Kyla: “Um, hi.”
Glen: “I’m Glen. And you are?”
Kyla: “Kyla, Ashley’s sister.”
Aiden: “What? You never told me you had a sister.”
Ashley: “Well, I didn’t find out until last night. She was a dirty little secret.”
Kyla: “Oh, very funny.”
Glen: “Well, I hope the whole “gay” thing doesn’t run in the family”
Ashley: “Get a life ass face. Like my sister would go for you anyway. If she really is my sister then she would have GOOD taste. Meaning you are off the menu.”
Aiden: “Now calm down you two. There’s a party at my house this weekend. You should come.”
Kyla: “I would, but I’m flying back to Baltimore this weekend. I didn’t actually plan on staying out here, but Ashley talked me into it so I need to go get clothes and stuff.”
Aiden: “That’s alright. So, if you need a tour guide, lunch date, anything I’m free.”
Kyla: “Um, thanks. I’ll call you up on that if Ashley ever gets to busy for me. Speaking of that where is Spencer?”
