“Well someone also had to have access to your house in order to put the pumpkin in there. So we can’t forget that.” Spencer mumbled, still a little hurt by Ashley’s attack.
“Well I’m the only one with a key besides your dad.” Ashley answered, also still angry.
“Oh, I guess you’re saying that my dad’s a suspect too now, aren’t you?” Spencer snapped.
“Maybe I am!” Ashley fought back. Lily looked between the two and suddenly jumped out of the bed to control the situation.
“Hold up! We all need to calm down!” She spat out, glancing between the two heated girls. “Look, we knew this wasn’t going to be easy, but we need to try to stay as calm as possible and really figure this out. Right now…everyone is a suspect. Just like everyone is a potential victim.” Lily watched as both Ashley and Spencer relaxed a little before she took the marker from the blonde. “I’m writing Garrett and Clay on the board because of what you told me earlier. We have to stop attacking each other and just stick to the facts. Now…who else is there?” Lily questioned softly as she looked at the pair. They both shrugged, obviously not over their fight and Lily exhaled loudly.
“Well like you said, they would have needed access to the sheriff’s station. So obviously it could easily be any one of them.” She explained as she wrote down “Sheriff’s department.”
“Now. According to the news report, the Sheriff’s station was empty at the time Patrick was murdered because they were all on other calls. Cassidy Adam’s was the first victim and they had just discovered her body. So we should look into who exactly was there when found Cassidy. Whoever wasn’t, is a suspect.” Lily concluded. “Okay, what else do we know?”
Lily waited but it was clear that neither Spencer nor Ashley were up to talking.
“We know that the Killer is using a sword. Any thoughts on that?” Lily asked, trying to get the pair talking again.
“Ashley thinks it’s a religious thing.” Spencer mumbled.
“Okay, good. That makes sense. Fire and brimstone and all that.” Lily said with enthusiasm as she looked at Ashley.
“Yeah, because the Angel of Death smited with a sword, so I just thought…” Ashley finished with a shrug.

dun dun dun! another fantatic chap stix! I was hoping ash and spence would’ve used their closet time to really express what they feel for each other but hey it worked out anyway, at least they didn’t really get mad at each other in this chap. I loved the way spence was so concerned when ash told her about almost being hit by the car, that was so great. and are you serious? you’re almost done with this?? =( ahh well it’s definitely worth all the suspense and angst! excellent job, can’t wait to find out what they just found out in the files aobut their parents. pms please!!
mmmm. thts all i can say. amazing. theres so much stuff going hand in hand. i personally think the killer is christine and the protege is paula. guess i’ll have to find out. and u being a naughty girl ;) shame shame. lol PMS!!

That was an awesome update. I want to know what happened to their parents that would cause a reaction like that. Its just wow. I bet they will figure out who the killers are. I missed this story I am glad you updated. Spence is so going to come out to Ash because you just can’t leave feelings like that hidden forever. Well her mouth may not speak them but her hands are eager to show. Haha. Well I hope everything is going good with you and I hope you post soon. -jess
brat!! if paula and raife didn’t die in a car accident i’m going to be very upset and i’m also still convinced that paula and raife are the killers. and i haven’t ruled out arthur yet…hmmm…oh and whatever happened to the girl that was trapped and restrained by the killer a few chapters back…perhaps that’s christine and that’s how they got into ashley’s house…oh yes, my wheels are spinning and you can’t convince me otherwise. ughhh i don’t know what to make of everything, i need to re-read the story in it’s entirety and take notes. but it was a splendid update that i thoroughly enjoyed reading and i think that you should write the rest of it right now. ha, isn’t it great that i have my username back? i bet you just missed all of my demands and unreal expectations. i sure missed emmmm :-)
