Somebody to Love – (Chapter: (1))

"Ash…I’m just getting ready to leave" he told me

"I know, but I need you to do something for me real quick" I told him

"I want to see Hanna and Major Lazer in concert and see how they do with a big crowd and a real sound system. Put them in front of Perry for her LA, San Fran and New York show." I told him quick knowing he was taking everything down

"Will Katy be okay with that?" he asked me

"Does it matter? I’ll talk to her." I said

"okay, what about Kesha? did you talk to her?" he asked

"I haven’t had a formal meeting, but I had Becca talk to her and I want her booked for at least twenty seven HOB’s in the next two years with Tik Tok as the single so we need to get a video and production crew together for that" I told him

"okay, and John Hanna is a DeeJay, how are we going to put him in a concert show for more than just intermission?" he asked me

"Hanna wants that shot as a producer, so lets give him two weeks until the start of Katy’s tour to get a band together, he needs a bass and a drum line." I replied "How’s HOB’s booking across the nation?" I asked

"HOB is solid…major city’s are open, and we need to split two opening acts for the shows, do you want to call Johnny or should I?" he asked me referring to the booking agent for Capitol

"I’ll call Johnny, I want all these notes typed and printed on my desk when I get there in twenty  and don’t forget the dates like you did last time, I’ll work on the openings tonight" I told him

"I’ll have everything ready by ten, are you spending the night at the office?" he asked me

"That’s when I work best." I told him hanging up the phone

Around nine forty five I rolled into the office with my car parked out in front of the studio. Tom had all the notes printed on my desk and a pen sitting next to them and my email all pulled up. I was literally pulling my hair out trying to figure out all the links for tour dates and making sure they don’t overlap, but then I realized around three in the morning that I needed a break so I went down the hall to the studio and went through the playlist and started to remix a few songs.
