“Of course it is.” Melissa says firmly
D.A. Wilson nods her head and then turns to the judge and says, “Your honor I would like Ms. Adams to be held on perjury charges. She should be arrested immediately.”
My jaw drops and the whole court turns in pandemonium. The judge hits his gavel a ton of times to bring order back. When it’s quiet again he asks D.A. Wilson, “On what grounds?”
“I have a tape here that shows Ms. Adams is lying. This was taped roughly 36 hours ago at her place of employment. Dr. Carlin had a conversation with Ms. Adams while wearing a wire.” D.A. Wilson smiles
Melissa turns white and the defense attorney Moore cries, “It can’t be entered into evidence because Ms. Adams didn’t know she was being taped.”
“So what? We got to authorization from another job to wire tap Ms. Adams. So it’s perfectly legal.” D.A. Wilson smiles smugly
“I’d like to hear it. Please play it.” The judge orders
D.A. Wilson nods her head and presses play.
“I’m so happy you invited me for coffee.” Melissa says happily
“Melissa, I invited you for coffee because I want to know what the hell you’re up to.” Spencer says seriously
“I don’t know what you’re talking about.” Melissa says innocently
Spencer sighs and says, “Why are you testifying for the defense and not the prosecution in the Dennison case?”
“Oh that. I’m just on the side of the truth. Mrs. Dennison didn’t really do anything wrong.” Melissa says
“Are you insane? She tried to kill Ashley.” Spencer snaps
“Well, it’s her fault her son died.” Melissa says
“It’s official you are insane.” Spencer growls
“I’m not insane, I’m just going to say the way I saw things.” Melissa snaps back
“And how is that?” Spencer asks
“Well, Ashley’s breathing problems could have been caused by you and not by anything Mrs. Dennison did you know?” Melissa says
“And how the hell would you know?” Spencer hisses
“You were sleeping with her. You probably crushed one of her tubes or something.” Melissa says seriously
“And how do you explain Mrs. Dennison being in the room?”
“I don’t know. She could have been there to see how she was doing.” Melissa says

I spent a lot of the morning not being able to breathe through my nose and reading this story. It’s super good and I love it. ‘I grin and whisper, “Want to see if we can break the cot?”‘ haha, I loved that!

OMG! That was the best. Loved that Spencer had the wire on. Melissa deserves everything she’s going to get as well as the Dennisons. Ugh! I love how you make even the most awkward situations so romantic with Spencer keeping Ashley’s scent with her. I mean what could Melissa say to that. Nothing. I was smiling the whole time looking at my silly laptop screen with dreamy eyes. You take me through so many emotions. I hope that all reading this can really see what a great story this is too. Awesome job as usual, I’m so glad Melissa and her damn scheme didn’t work to her advantage. Spence is a little devil =) but in a good way of course. She must be in love to do something like that. Love how this is going and PMASAP!

Loved the update. I’m glad Melissa’s plan backfired. I loved that Spencer had Ashley’s handkerchief and had Ashley’s scent with her. They are so sweet together. I loved the last line of the update with the cot. PMASAP.
man spencer was smart to have a wire on. god i know if i was melissa i wouldn’t of blabbed as much as she did.i’d say what i meant without discremenatng myself in the process.she got what she deserves and so did the dennisons.pms!!
