Our justice system is supposed to be the best in the world, HA!! If it was the best Allison wouldn’t have just gotten a slap on the wrist and Mrs. Dennison wasn’t about to get off without not even that. This is just a nightmare that doesn’t want to end. I’m just sitting in the same conference room that the D.A. had prepped us earlier today just listening to Kyla and Spencer basically rant and rave.
“How the hell are you going to fix this?” Kyla snaps
“Are you just going to let Melissa Adams lie on the stand?” Spencer adds angrily
“Ladies, ladies calm down.” D.A. Wilson says calmly
“How the hell do you want us to be calm?! If the jury believes Melissa, Mrs. Dennison is going to get off.” Spencer snaps angrily
“Yeah!” Kyla agrees quickly
Okay, I can’t take this anymore. They’re not helping the situation and they’re making my head begin to hurt. I get that they are angry and so am I but this isn’t being productive. So I clench my jaw and growl loud enough for them to hear, “Will you two sit down and stop screaming? This is not helping.”
Well that seems to have gotten their attention. They gape at me for a second and sit down.
“Thank you, Ashley. Now, that your calm please help me. Why would Ms. Adams testify for the defense and not for us? Do you have any idea why?” D.A. Wilson asks
“Yeah, she’s after Spencer.” I mutter under my breath
“What do you mean after?” D.A. Wilson asks
“Umm…well….” Spencer begins to stammer but I cut her off when I mutter
“Melissa is in love with Spencer.”
“No, she’s not!” Spencer denies quickly
“Yeah she is!” I cry back
“Calm down ladies. So let me get this straight. Ms. Adams has romantic feeling towards, Dr. Carlin?” D.A. Wilson asks calmly
“Well, that’s an understatement but yes.” I mutter
“Well, well, well, I may be able to use that in court.” D.A. Wilson smiles as she begins to jot down notes
“But what are we going to do if Melissa tries to say that Mrs. Dennison didn’t do anything? I was the only one that saw her with the pillow over Ashley’s head. I screamed for help but by the time everybody came I already had her lain out on the floor and I was attending to Ashley. I’d also like to add that Melissa didn’t a damn thing either.” Spencer says

I spent a lot of the morning not being able to breathe through my nose and reading this story. It’s super good and I love it. ‘I grin and whisper, “Want to see if we can break the cot?”‘ haha, I loved that!

OMG! That was the best. Loved that Spencer had the wire on. Melissa deserves everything she’s going to get as well as the Dennisons. Ugh! I love how you make even the most awkward situations so romantic with Spencer keeping Ashley’s scent with her. I mean what could Melissa say to that. Nothing. I was smiling the whole time looking at my silly laptop screen with dreamy eyes. You take me through so many emotions. I hope that all reading this can really see what a great story this is too. Awesome job as usual, I’m so glad Melissa and her damn scheme didn’t work to her advantage. Spence is a little devil =) but in a good way of course. She must be in love to do something like that. Love how this is going and PMASAP!

Loved the update. I’m glad Melissa’s plan backfired. I loved that Spencer had Ashley’s handkerchief and had Ashley’s scent with her. They are so sweet together. I loved the last line of the update with the cot. PMASAP.
man spencer was smart to have a wire on. god i know if i was melissa i wouldn’t of blabbed as much as she did.i’d say what i meant without discremenatng myself in the process.she got what she deserves and so did the dennisons.pms!!
