    A sequel to “A new start”. “….all you could hear were the shots that sliced the air and screams.”

    But everything was fine. It was better than fine. When Ashey came back from her night out you couldn’t wipe off the grin she had on her face. As soon as I saw the look on her face I was so happy and relieved. So Ashey and Maggie are now officially dating and everything is great. Maggie still hasn’t come out to her parents but I think she will in time.

    Ashey’s love life couldn’t be better but Alex’s hasn’t been doing that well. My poor Alex. She always seems to get embarrassed like there’s no tomorrow.

    It all started when your Mom and I came back to the house from doing some shopping. James, Helen and Greg were right behind us because they were helping us bring some bags in. So when we walked into the living room we were greeted by an all to familiar scene I‘m afraid. A.J. was trying to kill Alex’s boyfriend Scott and he was hiding behind Alex.

    “Alex get out of the damn way!!” A.J. screamed

    “No!! He didn‘t do anything wrong!!” Alex screamed back

    “The hell he didn’t!!” A.J. growled trying to pull Scott from behind Alex’s back

    “What’s going on?” I asked calmly

    “Mama, Mom, thank God you’re here. I come back from football practice early and I found that idiot on top of Alex on the couch, practically trying to suck her face off and with his hand trying to go up her skirt.” A.J. growled as he continued to try to get to Scott.

    Right there and then I knew all hell was going to break loses. I looked over to your Mom and I could see the fire in her eyes. But she kind of surprised me when she softly commanded, “A.J. stop. Alex come here. now.”

    I guess Alex was also taken a back because she did as she was told. When she was in front of your Mom, your Mom gently pushed her behind her and then yelled to all the men in the room, “Kill him!!”

    Scott shrieked and began backing himself into a corner as his predators began advancing on him. Your Mom included. She looked fit to kill. I was kind of in shock but Alex snapped me out of my stupor when I heard her plead, “Mama do something, please.”
