“Oh yeahhhhh? How so?”
“You at least figured out what you wanted” she says again with a smirk
I shake my head, unbelievable. “Let me guess..Ashley told Blake who texted you immediately”
“No actually Shannon this time”
Second guess.
“Spence, everything is in the past now. I think you’ve both been living in misery long enough”
I sigh, “Yeah, I’m just afraid to commit myself to her only to have her run away, I don’t think I would be able endure that pain again”
Kyle puts her hand on my shoulder and I look up from where I’m fiddling with the blanket. She has warm eyes and I can feel my heart rate going down, I was starting to get worked up just thinking about the different possibilities of what might happen.
“Hey, you do what you want to do. Don’t think about what might happen, alright?”
I nod slightly and she yawns.
“Thanks Ky” I say pulling her into a hug
At first she is caught off guard but eventually she relaxes and hugs me back.
“Are you done talking my ear off yet? I’d kinda like to get to bed” I joke with her
Her mouth drops, “excuse me!” she laughs and hits me with one of her pillows “Goodnight Spence”
I reach over to turn off the lamp and get comfy in bed.
After a minute or two she speaks up again.
“Oh, and I’ll be sure to relay the message to Blake” she laughs
Of course. I should have known that she would tell Blake of our conversation.
“Make sure you tell Shannon too…just for good measure.”
She laughs again and pretty soon silence covers us and I know she’s asleep when I can hear her grinding her teeth.
“Spence let’s go, you’re gonna be late! Oh”
My mother turned around to see me standing behind her as she was fixing herself a cup of tea.
“Sorry I didn’t realize you were standing there” she apologizes
I give her a smile and bite back any sarcastic comments that normally stem from having to wake up so early for school.

another fantastic update. man these girls just can’t keep anything to themselves can they? love that ash got into so many of spence’s classes and that she really is going to put up a fight. can’t wait to see if she does anything crazy-like at spence’s game. pms!
again, awesome update babe. i love that ashley is hell-bent on winning spencer over. although, if the girl i was going after had a boyfriend, i would prob start with kicking his ass first, then get onto the wooing. just me though, if ya can pass that along to ash, that would be great. I love the chain of information. Blake needs to call me so i can take her out on a date proper…all this sneaking around stuff is getting old. and i miss hunter too. pms babycakes
