Man, this is my third version of this chapter. Kept changing it. Adding a bit of drug use into this one, adding a more serious tone to the story. My best friend helped me a little with the drug scenes, seeing as Im oblivious to it all, so I wanted to give some props to her for helping me.

////Slipping her hands into her pockets, Shane glanced at Alice. Why werent you talking? After placing the rest of the money on the table, Alice looked up at Shane. Well I mean, after that kiss” Shane stopped her. Hey, it was just a kiss. Right? Just to make Gabby jealous, which it obviously did. What are you worried about?

Yeah, youre right. Alice flashed Shane a smile and started heading out the door. The two walked out the car where Alice got in the divers seat. How about we go out for some drinks? Shane slid into the passengers side, and smiled. Sounds great.////

So, Al, think we should head off to Milk? Or what? Shrugging, Alice glanced quickly at Shane. It was just getting dark, and the street lights started to turn on, one by one. I was thinking to try a new place. I mean, its weird at Milk without the rest of the gang, know what I mean? Yeah, totally, we cant do it with out the gang. Oh! I know this great place Head down Ventura, and when you hear the blaring music, thats the place. Hard to spot by just looking, though, it just looks like an abandoned building.

Nodding, Alice turned, making her way to Ventura. Its a ways down here. Mind if I turn on your CD player? Shaking her head, Alice turned it on herself. Whatchu got in there? The blonde glanced at the controls. Im not sure, actually. The blaring lyrics of The Vines answered Shanes question. Ohhh! Quickly she pressed the forward button until she got to a specific song.

Im gonna get free! Im gonna get free! She never loved me! Laughing, Alice looked to the brunette. You know youre not signing the right lyrics, right? Duh. A short response before Shane got back to her singing. Suddenly Alice heard loud, deep vibrations coming from down the road. Shutting off the music, and receiving a glare from Shane, she pulled the car to a halt. A heavy bass beat was coming from near by. Are we here yet? Sitting up in her seat, Shane looked around. Nope. We have about another two miles or so. Shocked, Alice headed back down the street. You mean thats the music from the club!?
