You Told Me You Love Me Part 10
She could still remember the day her doctor announced that she could go back for training; she basically jumped up and down and grinned like a five year old child. It was as if she got her second life back after the cancer. Well ever since she remembered tennis she prayed that she could hold the racquet and went into the court again. Not just playing but playing in matches and winning them. It was a very hard journey, with people shouting at you and telling you to quit along the process, but she never gave up. She went through each day of training with gritted teeth and a determination of making a comeback. And her fans were supportive too. Howie showed to her the website her fans made for her when she was still in a remission. Most of them were well wishes although some were really mean. But Dana was so touched. At least her fans still care for her. Someone out there still care. And her friends still care. Although she couldn’t remember a single thing about them but they never failed to call once a month to ask about her. Her brother told her that. He said that they really did care and that they have faith in her. She knew it was true. He would never lie to her. And she knew it from their face expressions on the day she left. Therefore she vowed to herself that she would never let them down. That she had no reason for self pity wallowing. She had so many loves and supports that she could not ask for more. And she couldn’t let one particular person down….
Alice Pieszecki, her heart would skip a beat at the mentioned of it. What cause it? Why? She didn’t have the answer to that. Howie said that she was her best friend before they become lovers, but then she broke up with her after she found out she had cancer. But Alice still loves her. But why she had not heard from her throughout the years? Well Dana, you are basically the same you don’t even have the courage to call her, she berated herself.
Dana sighed. She really couldn’t recall even a single thing in their relationship. She looked up at the sky once again trying to figure things out, fidgeting with the pendant of her necklace absentmindedly.

Aww poor Alice. I bet she’s had arough 4 years with no contact. Like MaGoose said it’s nice that despite the memory loss and the years apart Dana still feels that connection to Alice. I’m glad she’s ready to go face her past. Get my girls back together. Can’t wait for your next post.
Yeah Dana go back and be with the woman you know you love :)

WOOT LA HERE WE COME. I love this story. Great update.
Four years? Wow. I am glad Dana is healthy and her career is strong. But Alice having no contact for that long? Poor Alice. I am glad her friends are there for support. I like that even with the memory loss, Dana still feels that special connection to Alice. I’m glad Howie is giving Dana the gentle push she needs to go where her heart is. Thanks, uhhuh!! Can’t wait to see more.
