    Bette moved closer to Tina puckering her lips. She closed her eyes when she got halve way to Tina’s lips but Tina put a finger on Bette’s lips stopping her.

     

    Tina: Now that that’s settled tell me about this detective job.

    Bette: Okay, well Plutarian detectives investigate murders and different phenomenon on Plutara.

     

    Tina: What type of phenomenon?

     

    Bette: Mainly different species that maybe invading our planet.

     

    Tina: Mmm sounds dangerous to me.

     

    Bette: Well there is some risk but most detectives always travel in pairs of two.

     

    Tina: What happens if you become pregnant? I don’t want my wife or unborn child being in danger.

     

    Bette: Tina, look around this planet is made up of all women. All Plutarian women have duties to fulfill, pregnant or otherwise and they don’t let a thing like pregnancy stop them from fulfilling those duties.

     

    “B you’re my wife and I don’t care if the queen of England does it. I think it’s too dangerous, so the answer is absolutely no.”

     

    Bette: But…

     

    Tina: No you promised that we would make the decisions that will affect our family together.

     

    “No Tee you just made the decision,” Bette said waddling away and slapping the door to their bedroom.

     

    “Well that went well,” Tina said throwing up her hands.

     

    Two hours later

     

    Tina beams to visit her parents

     

    Tina’s mother Marie was working in the garden.

     

    Tina walks up to her mother

     

    Tina: Hey

     

    Marie jumped slightly

     

    Marie: My God child, give me a warning before you sneaking up on me.

     

    Tina: Sorry

     

    Marie gets up to properly greet her daughter. Marie grabs Tina and hugs her.

     

    Marie: it’s okay honey just give me a warning next time, okay.

     

    “Okay,” Tina said smiling

     

    Marie: Now tell mom all about your trouble.

     

    Tina shocked: What makes you think I’m troubled?

     

    Marie: For one my sweet grandbaby Xavieria is not in your arms and my daughter-in-law called her mother crying about how mean you were to her.

     

    Tina: What! How do you know that?

     

    “How do you think Tina,” Marie said looking at Tina as if to say isn’t it obvious.
