Alice “Oh, fuck you.”

Alice and Dana laugh, with Dana exiting the bathroom, leaving just Alice to wash her hands as originally intended.

Dana rejoins Tina, Shane, Tonya, and Robin at the table with Alice joining soon after.  Shane’s upcoming hair appointment with Ariana Huffington is discussed.  Tina encourages Shane over the appointment and is about to leave when Bette arrives.  Marina, still making the rounds in The Planet is quick to intervene.

Marina “Not here.”

Bette “Don’t worry, I’m not asking to join them…I’m sure they all think I’m a monster.”

Marina “You’re here to talk with Tina, correct?”

Bette “Yes.”

Tina stands.

Tina “If you have something to say, then say it here.”

Marina “I am fine with the two of you discussing your issues, but not here.  Please…follow me.”

Marina walks toward her office with Bette and a reluctant Tina soon following.  Alice, Robin, Shane, Tonya, and Dana look on.  As they walk, Marina gets the attention of one of the waiters, who is then sent to the kitchen.
Marina, Bette, and Tina are now in the office.  Lara enters the room, sees Bette and Tina and looks at Marina.

Lara “Something going on?”

Marina “I know you have a break coming up soon, but I will extend it with no worries if you can keep these two from tearing apart my office.  We have a line at the counter and I need to make sure our cashiers don’t lose their nerves.”

Lara shrugs.

Lara “Okay.”

Marina exits the office.  Lara positions herself in between Bette and Tina as the two stand on opposite sides of the room.

Tina “I don’t have all day, Bette.”

Bette “Tina…”

Bette pauses, wanting to make sure the words come out in an exact way.

Bette “I didn’t try to…see you or call you until now, because I wanted to make sure…that I could do what you asked of me.  I promise…I am not ever going to see her again.  I am not ever going to speak to her again.  I am not ever going to think about her again.”

Tina is unmoved.  Lara looks back and forth between Bette and Tina.

Bette “…I miss you.  More than that, I need you.  And I don’t think that I can…I don’t think that I can live without you.”
