Carmen: "I work at Christian’s and his friend’s club. It’s one of the most important clubs in the city. I’m also working with a producer, and pretty soon I’m going to be making my first CD."

All the girls look at each other because Kit’s theory is ruled out. Carmen’s happiness must be because she’s close to recording her mixes. All of them smile and look at Kit as if saying, ´See, she couldn’t be with anyone else.’

Jenny: "That’s great, Carmen!!… So you’re just going to be there until you finish recording your CD, and then you’ll come back to stay here, won’t you?"

Bette adds, "Because if I remember correctly, someone promised to be by Angelica’s side to take care of her."

Kit: "And besides, this city needs a little of your good music."

Alice: "Not to mention how much your friends miss you."

Christian laughs and says, "Seems like in another couple minutes someone’s going to beat me up for having taken you to New York."

The girls laugh, and Carmen doesn’t know what to answer. At that very moment, one of the employees says something to Kit in her ear. She looks at Christian, gets up and goes to the bar.

The girls all look at the guy talking with Kit, asking themselves who he could be. Kit looks back at the table, and then people carrying different instruments begin to come into ‘The Planet’.

Alice: "Who’s the band going to be?"

Carmen looks at Christian and says "See, this is what I was talking about. Kit put up that stage for any band to come here and play by surprise…it’s great!!"

Christian now understands Kit’s look. "Yeah, I think it’s a really original idea…now, any band can play, no matter what kind of music?"

Kit returns to the table and says, "Any kind of music from jazz to… salsa."

Christian winks at her, affirming that he got the message. Just then his cellphone vibrates because he has just received a message. He asks Carmen, "Where’s the bathroom?"

Carmen points with her arm, saying, "Over there."

Shane arrives at the bar. She gets out of the cab and stands to the side of the entrance. Some girls greet her. She lights a cigarette, trying to lower her anxiety a little. Suddenly a girl runs into her. With the impact, Shane’s cigarette falls to the ground, along with the hat the girl was wearing. Shane kindly picks up the hat and passes it to her, saying "Mhhh? Nice hat."
