The Triangle of Love – Chapter 6

Lara: You know what? You’re not worth it.

She turned to Dana and laughed at the weak body still on the floor. She pointed at Dana.

Lara: This is so not over!

Alice: Oh it so is. Now get out!

Lara: Such a fucking wuss, she could even fight back.

And with that, Lara left the house, with what looked like all her belongings. Alice kneeled down beside Dana and helped her up and onto the couch. Alice sat beside her.

Alice: Are you okay? You took quite a hit.

Dana: I’ll be okay. Thanks for being here Alice.

Alice: Hey, I’ll always be here. I can’t believe she did that to you, though.

Dana: I can. I deserved it. I was a bitch to her, I had it coming.

Alice reached for Danas hands and held them in her own and shuffled a little closer to her.

Alice: No, don’t you fucking dare think that. No one deserves that, especially you. You did nothing wrong.

Dana: Al, I broke up with her for a shitty reason and then kicked her out of the house. I didn’t even ask if she had anywhere else to go.

Alice: That’s not your problem. You had a reason and that’s enough.

Dana: Okay. I guess we better go, Shane will wonder where we are.

Alice: Oh yeah, Shane. I forgot about that. Come on, let’s go.

She helped Dana up and waited by the door while Dana got her shoes on. They walked out to Alice’s Mini and got in. the car ride was silent apart from the radio in the background. But it was a comfortable silence. Alice parked her car and they got out. When they got to the door of The Planet, Alice looked over at Dana.

Alice: Are you sure? If not I can take you back home.

Dana: No its okay. Come on.

They walked into The Planet and scanned the room for Shane. They spotted her at a table on her own in the corner. They made their way over to her and sat down across from her.

    Shane: Hey guys!

    Alice & Dana: Hey!

Shane: So how are you both?

Alice and Dana looked at each other, not knowing whether to mention what happened with Lara. However Shane sensed the hesitation and began asking questions anyway.

Shane: Guys, what happened? Is it Bette and Tina?

Alice: No Shane I think they’re fine.

    Shane: Then what is it?

Dana: Lara and I got into a fight. She hit me after I told her I hated her. She did say it first, I just didn’t know how else to respond.

    Shane: Did she hurt you?

Dana: She slapped me, and I fell, but I’m fine. Alice walked in before she could do anything else and told her to leave.

Shane: Oh, Alice to the rescue huh?

Alice: I wouldn’t say that, but I think it helped.

The three girls laughed and enjoyed the rest of the morning together. After a couple of hours, Dana decided to go training, even though she didn’t have to. She got up to leave after saying bye to Alice and Dana. Once she left The Planet, Alice turned to Shane.

Alice: Shane, I need to talk to you, about Dana.

    1. Well, well, let’s read what Alice has to tell to Shane; Lara shouldn’t hit Dana, and I hope she won’t poison the girls in the planet (as she is the chef), the story is getting very interesting. I hope you keep posting more chapters (until the end). I will be waiting anxiously for the update, thanks, and please post soon.
