I shook my head and said “I wasn’t ready. Honestly, I’m not good at meeting people’s parents. I get nervous all of a sudden.”

I said “of how they might come off to me. Some parents are ignorant you know. Some hate you before you meet them. Being that it’s happened alot, I’d like to take my time now and not rush meeting the other half of the family”

“I understand where your coming from. Well, I hope that you give me a chance to prove that I’m not, like the ordinary parent.” she rubs my shoulders

I smiled instantly looking at those small eyes and rosey cheeks. She was so soft and gentle. “hey there beautiful” I said as I placed a kiss upon her soft cheek. I held her tight, her little body close to mine. I loved holding her. She’s so affectionate to be so young. I thought that we would have problems. But, she adapted to both me and Christian. In a few months she’ll be okay with my parents. She’s just getting to know them.

She approached the baby and kissed her small cheek. She said “bye precious”. She then tapped my back and said “it was nice meeting you. I’ll see you tonight, and don’t think about canceling” she laughs
