    Chapter 55— Moving along

    THey arrived out side exhausted and climbed into the black sports car just as the sun was going down. Katey turned around and watched the building shrink in the distance. “What do we do about the others?

    Windrider shot back from the front seat as she tended to Jaded Rogues bloody temple. “We keep hitting them til we get everyone back”

    TheRealJLO’s eyes flashed Amber “I’m down for the good fight, I’ve got the taste for blood again”

    “Chere always the one for dramatics oui?”

    TheRealJLO sat back and closed her eyes. “And you expected a couple months in a padded cell to make things change?”

     

    AND NOW WITHOUT FURTHER HESITATION…

     

     

    Shane: Class, can we just move on to scene three of act one?

    There were mumbles from the class and the sound of rustling paper as Shane saw a flash from the corner of her eye.

    Shane: Uhm you know what, Start reading the soliloqui that Polonius give and I will be back in a second.

    Shane went into the hall way and looked both way.there was no one in the hallway and she turned to go back in the class when she saw Alice walk down the adjacent hallway talking to herself.

    Shane: Al down here!

    Alice turned and came back with her hands thrown in the air.

    Alice: Thank God! some kid gave me directions and I nearly ended up in Syberia walking around down here.

    Shane: Yeah it can be a little confusing.

    Alice skipped up and threw her arms around Shane’s neck.

    Shane: Hmm rough day at work baby?

    Alice: Did you just call me baby?

    Shane lowered her head and Alice watched as her ears turned bright red. Shane cupped her hands over her ears instantly.

    Shane: *****

    Alice: Did you just blush?

    Shane: I think so…my ears were all hot and on fire.

    Alice grabbed Shane’s chin and tilted her head up.

    Alice: I kinda like it.

    Shane: You do?

    Alice: Yeah, almost as much as you calling me baby.

    Shane: Are you sure honey? cause I could call you sweety or sugar lips.

    Alice nodded as she grabbed Shane’s collar and tugged her into the hallway.

    Alice: I’m only letting you make fun of me because you’re so ***** ***** when you’re being an evil genius that…
