‘I saw you with Gabby!’
‘And? You saw me many times with Gabby!’
‘You know guys…I think I should leave you alone…’
Shane said and walked into the house. She knew that this was a moment where it would show if they can have a future together or not.
Alice stood in front of Dana with her hands on her hips and looked at her quizzically. Dana sipped on her beer and said
‘I saw you with her this evening…when I arrived at your place she entered your apartment.’
‘Oh…’ Alice sat down in Shanes chair and looked at her hands.
‘Is that all you have to say?’
‘Well what do you want me to say? Yes she was there and yes she was in my apartment but…’
‘No Alice…don’t. I don’t want to hear it. I just…I can’t believe you did it again. After everything that she did to you and all the things our friends told you this morning…I thought that you understood that you deserve better. But obviously you are too blind to see what is right in front of you.’
She got up and wanted to leave. Alice was so angry because she wanted to tell Dana, her best friend, that she kicked Gabby out but she felt guilty and dumb and didn’t even know why since she did nothing wrong.
‘Oh and what is right in front of me, Miss super-smart?’
Dana was now angry and sad at the same time. She felt so hurt and wanted to leave but not without telling Alice how she felt. So she yelled at her with tears in her eyes
‘I am…I am right in front of you Alice. I am here and I was always there. But you don’t see me…not the way I see you! You know…when I saw you earlier with Gabby I realized…that all the time you ran after her and I ran after you….But who ran after me? No one. Especially not the one I want to be running after me! You! So go back to your beloved Gabby and be happy with her!’
With that Dana ran to her car and drove away. Alice stood there dumbstuck. What did just happened?
At Bette and Tinas
They lay in bed after hours of pure pleasure. Tinas head was on Bettes chest when she rested her hand on Bettes stomach.

So glad Alice told Gabby to “Step off, bitch”. Shane was a good friend to be there for both Alice and Dana. I am glad Dana finally confessed her feelings. Hopefully Alice will go after her. I would be upset for Bette and Tina on being interrupted, but, it sounds like they needed to take a little break. ;-D Thanks and PPS!!
