    The new owner of Helena’s old beach house enters, leading to some drama in itself. Jenny plans a dinner. Carmen fights her desire. Bette and Kit talk to her Helena about a career opportunity. And a bunch of other stuff that may surprise you. READ ON!!!!

    Bette: …

    Kit: Who else knows?

    Bette: Just Tee.

    Bette cracks a smile.

    Bette: You know, she’s looking forward to Angelica having a little cousin to play with.

    Kit sighs.

    Kit: Well…let’s just see how the body reacts first, okay?  I don’t know…I just got a bad feeling about all this.  So please….just keep it between us….and Tina.  ‘Kay, baby sis?

    Bette looks over at Angus, who’s oblivious as he strums away then back at Kit.  She reluctantly nods.

    Kit: Shit.  Heads up.

    Bette: What?

    Bette turns toward the entrance to The Planet and sees Roberta Collie enter in her wheelchair.

    Bette: Oh, goody.  The social worker’s here.  What is she, spying on me now?

    Roberta sees Bette with Angelica and makes her way over to her.

    Roberta: Well, well.

    Bette: Well, well.

    Kit: Can I help you?

    Roberta: Well, actually the main reason I came in was that a friend of mine told that this was a great place to get tarts.

    Kit: Yeah!  Um…we got the best in town!  I’ll even let ya try one…I’ll be right back…

    Kit walks off.

    Bette: Are you sure your friend wasn’t trying to make some crude joke?

    Bette smirks.  Roberta’s eyes pierce and she tilts her head slightly.

    Roberta: I don’t understand.

    Bette: Nevermind….so what can I help you with?

    Roberta: Well, I was actually on my way to inform you and Ms. Tina Kennard, your partner….you are partners, right….?

    Bette: Yes.  And very happily, I might add.  She’s at work right now at the movie studio so it’s just me and my little baby today.

    Roberta: I was on my way to inform you that your review is up within the week.  I’ll let you know what happens.  In the meantime, what’s the status on your employment, or should I say lack thereof?

    Bette: Actually, that’s changing as well.

    Roberta: Oh, really…?

    Bette: Yes.  A nearby Arts College and I have agree to terms and I will be Dean beginning with the end of the Spring Semester.

    Bette grins.

    Roberta: Well, congratulations.  It appears you found yourself a job, after all.  And one of your particular field.  Ms. Porter, there may actually be hope for you yet.

    Roberta begins to turn her wheelchair away from the table and towards the bar.

    4. Damn, girl that was very interesting. Is there a possiblity that you can be the new head of the L word. Or even better do your own show with the girls. Forget about IC, let her get another cast and you take our beloved ladies and do your own show. You would treat them awhole hell of a lot better and would make them into real people. This is great. Waiting for the next chapter.

    5. I absolutely love all of your chapters! Love Alice & Lara together! I’m wondering just which one of them is on the video with Dana though…I don’t remember a scene from the 2nd season with Dana & Alice in Shane’s room, I’m wondering if maybe the twist is that Dana & Lara used Shanes room to hook up while Dana was still with Alice…? Which one is it? Can’t wait to find out…I so want Alice & Lara to stay together though…I think they are the sweetest couple the show has ever had! Keep it coming!

I love Alice & Lara, but when I read the part of Dana, it broke my heart in teeny…weeny pieces, I was just moving on…**Sobs** It’s a great post, please cont. and I’m glad Marina is back, this is gunna get interesting.     11. Okay I still don´t know where are you gonna take Shane and Carmen (Sharmen maybe?) but I love it. The way you show what´s going on in her mind how much she is missing shane, without saying a word. That she is just missing the closeness she had with shane.Awesome job!!
