“Calm down Jen—it’s going to be okay. You have me to help you out with this.” Diem wrapped her arms around Jenny. “Besides, we can take care of this ourselves. We can take care of him a few days until Shane gets back.”

“You don’t get it, Shane’s going to be gone for a month. What am I suppose to do with him for a month?”

“Take care of him or see if Shane can come back early, but just relax. Take a deep breath and sit down.” Jenny sat down on the love seat. Diem kneeled in front of her. “I want you to just sit here, and I’ll do everything okay.” She rubbed Jenny’s thighs, and Jenny nodded. “But I have to leave because Austin has an appointment. I’ll be back afterwards.”

“Thank you,” Diem smiled.

“You’re welcome.” She leaned over and pecked Jenny on the lips.

“Hang on a second.” Kit walked to her door and unlocked it. She saw her sister standing in front of her with a flustered look on her face. “Bette, what’s wrong?”

“Can I come in?”

“Yeah—,” Kit moved out of the way and let Bette in. Bette walked in and sat her purse down.

“I fucked up—I fucked up once again Kit.” She put her hands on her hips. “I slept with my assistant from the school. I don’t know what’s wrong with me. Why do I keep doing this to Tina?”

“Because you’re stupid—,” Bette looked at Kit.

“What?”

Kit scoffed. “Don’t act like all confused. Tina is a wonderful woman. She’s never done you wrong, but this is the second time baby girl. The SECOND time you have done this to this girl. I don’t know why you came here to cry to me about it. What am I going to do? I can’t help you Bette. You did this on your own, and you have to deal with the consequences.”

Bette shook her head. “I can’t tell her about this. It will kill her.”

“Well you should have thought about that before you fucked someone else.”

“I thought I would come here and have you give me some advice.”
