“See, now that is Gina ***** Gershon and she is the sexiest butch ***** I’ve ever seen!”  Alice said, pointing to the TV; she wasn’t able to keep a thought in her head.  Jayden looked at the screen, taking another drag of the joint, handing it back to Alice as they both relaxed on the couch.  Lara was staring at the both of them.

            “Sam is the sexiest butch ***** I’ve ever seen.”  Muttered Lara and saw that neither of them heard her and she laughed.

            Kit watched as Marty cleaned up the dishes; she laughed as he almost dropped a plate.  Juggling it he managed to get a grip on it.  He tossed it into the sink, swearing to himself softly as she picked up a stray piece of chicken that had fallen on the floor.

            “That was very dexterous of you Marty.”  He scoffed; throwing the dish towel at her, and she caught it, smiling brightly.

            “That was a very good meal baby.”  He said, and just then the door bell rang; and Kit got up and pulled the door open to reveal Jenny and Marina. 

            “We thought we’d celebrate.”  Jenny said, bounding into the room, and Marty wiped his hands as she hugged Kit.

            “What are we celebrating?”  Kit asked, and Marty walked over to them and Marina winked at the older man.

            “Jenny‘s book is going to be going to press in exactly 3 months from now.”  Kit‘s face lit up and she kissed Jenny‘s cheek as the young woman beamed.

            “I thought we could go out, anywhere you guys want.  A movie, or dancing.  Come on Marty, don’t give me that face.”  Marty laughed softly as she pursed her lips and pouted.

            “Why the heck not.”  He threw his hands up and smiled at Jenny‘s happy demeanor.  He had all his life to spend alone with Kit.

            “Come on partner.”  Marina said, throwing an arm around Kit and Kit smiled back.  Looked like they were going out tonight.

            “I am not gonna tell Dana….”  Alice said softly as Jayden twisted Alice‘s hair between her finger and thumb.  They were both totally stoned now, and they were watching a movie called ‘Listen’.  Lara was very tipsy; the wine was really having an effect on her, that and the second hand smoke from the 2 joints that they’d inhaled.
