Alice didn’t say who she was talking to or what they said, she thought it would be better to not say it and make it more exciting but it was getting a little out of her hands, ‘cause Carmen was crying really bad and people were starting to leave, she just kept telling everyone to “wait, just wait, I know she’ll get here”. Almost an hour later there was no one left just the gang, and Carmen’s family to comfort her, they were all ready to get out when Shane came running through the door with Shay right behind her, she turned to look at Alice and knew that she didn’t say anything, but she had to talk to Carmen, she would kill Alice later.

– Carmen… I’m so sorry I’m late… My dad, he… ummm… He left his family last night, he ran away with some chick and I saw him, he told me that it’s in our blood to cheat, to have random sex just for the sake of it and I got scared, I don’t want to be like him with you… the last thing I want is to hurt you… but I had to walk it off… so I went out to walk and then I got so lost… ‘till Shay’s mom called me and when I went to see her but I only found him… she left him with me… and I had a hole new different things to think about… and that’s why I’m late… no other reason… I’m in love with you Carmen, you carried my child… and you are the only person in this world I need or want, so please… please tell me you still want to marry me… that you forgive me. – Carmen had stop crying and was listening to Shane’s words very carefully,  and then smiled and nodded, so Bette called out the minister and told her that the wedding was on, in just  a few minutes. Alice took Shane into a little bathroom and gave her, her wedding suit, and helped with her hair; in a matter of minutes everyone was ready, Shane took little Dylan in her arms and had her brother standing right by her side thru out the entire ceremony, Carmen’s mom was crying and so did everyone else, it was a short ceremony, they had agreed to write their own vows but they had forgotten them after all the commotion so they just said I do, Dana was taking pictures like there was no tomorrow and Tina was filming it, ultimately only the important ones got to be at the wedding and share such a rare moment.
