Bette: “hey sweetie”
Tina: “hey…how’s it up there?”
Bette: “it’s a little cold but manageable…I just got out the shower when you called”
Tina: “perfect timing”
Bette: “I know…so any good news?”
Tina: “yes…I have enough time for a couple of weeks…but I put in for a week though”
Bette: “great…so when are you coming out?”
Tina: “in the next couple of days…I wish I could leave tonight but I can’t leave until tomorrow night…so remember to meet me at the airport on Sunday morning about 11a.m.”
Bette: “I’ll be there…god I can’t believe that your coming…your gonna love it here”
Tina: “I know…I can’t wait to meet your mother…god she seems so nice”
Bette: “she is…she’s a kind and sweet lady…”
Bette sits down on the bed and dries her hair…
Tina: “I miss you…”
Bette: “I miss you too…I can’t wait to see you”
Tina: “I can’t wait to see you…any plans for later on?”
Bette: “no instead of going out tonight I’d figured I’d go tomorrow instead…Kit’s in town and I wanna see her”
Tina: “who’s Kit?”
Bette: “oh she’s my half sister…”
Tina: “wow…I didn’t know you had another one”
Bette: “yeah I do…she’s older than me though by 8 years….she’s excited to meet you?”
Tina: “oh she is…I see you told everyone about me?”
Bette: “you know it…I have to express the happiness in my life”
Tina: “I hope your really happy…you deserve to be happy”
Bette: “thanks and you do too”
Tina: “hold on someone’s on the other line”
Bette holds for a sec…
Tina: “babe I’ll call you back…Cat’s on the phone”
Bette: “ok well tell her I said hi and call me back when you get a chance…”
Tina: “ok…bye”
Bette: “bye”
Bette ends the call…She finished drying her hair and changed into a fresh set of clean clothes…She began to think about the days when she would come to her room an be alone…The place where she spent her childhood and teenage years thinking about boys, and studying for hard science projects, and punishment…boy it all seemed like such a long time ago…There is a knock at the door…
Bette: “come in…
The door opens…
Jonathan: “hey…breakfast is ready”
Bette: “I’ll be right out”
Jonathan: “ok”
Bette follows her brother out the room and towards the kitchen…Once she arrives there is food on the table and the table was already made…Veronica was there…Jonathan was there…and so was her mother…it was like the good ole days when they were kids…She sat in her favorite chair ahead of the table and begin making a plate…They all held hands and prayed…This moment reminded her of Tina…She smiled and said
Bette: “amen”

I have to tell you..i read all 16 chapters last night at work… and i loved every one of them… just so that you know i can’t comment at work… but i will be reading when ever you post… and my next project will be to go back and start your other story… so glad i found this one… love that bette is waiting for tina… and that tina is coming to be with her… so please continue… would also love to know what the code is all about… so i do hope you have bette explain it … later…
