    Alice and Dana on Vacation with all the girls.

    Part 2

     

     

    Dana’s Condo:

     

    “Tonya I am sorry, but I think you’ll be glad I realized it in time before we made a huge mistake like getting married.” Dana cried.

     

    “I don’t understand Dana, what happened?” Tonya asked

     

    “Well, I think I mistook your kindness and adoration for love when I was so confused about everything going on in my life. I hope that someday we can be friends”

     

    “I see, well maybe someday, but I can’t deal with this right now, I’ll get my stuff and be gone by morning.”

     

    “Take your time Tonya, I’m not going to kick you out on the street, plus I am going away for the weekend with my friends remember?”

     

    “Oh yea, ok.” Tonya replied

     

    Dana went upstairs and grabbed her suitcase and got in her car to meet up with everyone at Bette and Tina’s. As she was leaving she placed her engagement ring on the kitchen table and said goodbye to Tonya.

     

    When Dana arrived at Bette and Tina’s she found she was the last to arrive. Alice, Shane, Jenny, Helena, Marina, and Carmen were already there. They had all decided about a month ago to rent a beach house for the weekend to get away from everything for a while. When Dana arrived without Tonya, everyone wondered where she had been and not wanting to ruin the weekend with bad news, Dana opted to tell her friends that Tonya had a business meeting in New York and was sorry she couldn’t make it. Although Alice noticed that Dana was no longer wearing the ring, she did not say anything.

     

    They took two cars to the beach house, one with Alice, Bette, Tina, Marina, and Jenny. The other with Dana, Shane, Carmen and Helena. Two hours later when they arrived, they all split up picking rooms in the house.  Helena chose the master bedroom, since she paid for the rental house. Jenny and Marina took one room, Bette and Tina took another, and  Shane and Carmen took one and Alice and Dana each got their own room, but had to share a connecting bathroom. Everyone agreed to meet back downstairs for dinner and drinks at 7, until then they had time to relax. Alice wanting to talk to Dana knocked on her door through the bathroom.

    8. i like this story alot. drunkly going to the person that you like’s room in the middle of the night, happens all the time with my friends. and we are 27. sad – i know. but i like the story. post soon.
