Round n Round We Go (Ch.25 finale)
“Exactly.”
“You’re sure this… Europe trip won’t make him uncomfortable?”
“Actually, I think it’ll be a chance to take his mind off of it, you know, let him see that it’s not always about sex, it’s love, and respect, having fun together, and being awesome parents.” Bette patted the blonde’s hand through the clothing material, shifted a bit to let Tina nestle on her shoulder. “We’ll figure it out. Now, we just worry about what to pack.”
“Gosh I hope he doesn’t want all his canvas and pigments.” The blonde chuckled and poked her finger on the brunette. “You, too, don’t bring all of them.”
“Ahh, don’t worry, we can buy new ones.” Bette planted a small kiss on her forehead, and ran a hand up and down along her clothed arm. “Get some sleep, ok? It’s gonna be a busy day.”
“Good night, love.”
“I love you, night night.”
Soon things were settled in the gallery. And they could get going during Michelangelo’s vacation. No matter how hard Tina fought them both to pack less painting supplies, they still teamed up together, and occupied a huge bag.
Alice overheard their plan and she had to squeeze herself into it, she also promised to babysit the boy when the couple wanted some time for a romantic dinner or other naughty stuff. So William offered to stay at home, and let the woman go with them.
Michelangelo was suspicious to let his crazy auntie come with his family, but after she promised to take him for ice cream and Disney World’s famous fried chicken, he readily accepted her invitation. Ahhh, the things a foodie can never say no to…
The trip started off in Italy. Bette promised her son that they’d visit every single city Marcus had been to, and they’d spend days to paint together. Though Michelangelo had not had trainings to be a super-realism artist, he was showing talents at capturing human motion and body mechanism. It was something even Bette couldn’t teach. It was an intuition, a feeling that ran in his blood. And most of the times, Bette could totally relate to, just like her intuition toward colors, but on rare occasions like when they stood before the famous sculpture “David”, she envied her son for it.

I don’t know. It’s such a relief for me to actually finish a story. And it’s sad for me too.
This story, although originally a little side-away, a break from the other one, now holds a very special place in my experience on this fanfic site.
My readers, your passion and your appreciation fueled my strength all the way to make this happen. I sincerely thank you for that.
Tomorrow my journey to build a life abroad starts. I’m sorry if there’ll be less frequent posts on my other story “The Lucky One”, but I’ll try my best to continue writing.
Forgive me if I can’t reply on the comments in the last chapter. And shoutout to all my friends:
