Reconciliation Part 22
Part 22
After sulking about the end of an otherwise amazing past 24 hours, Helena made her way to the Planet. She was happy to find that Bette, Tasha and Alice had gathered there. They could immediately see she was upset and agitated. They looked at each other to see who would be the one to venture into what might be an explosive situation. Tasha took the initiative, “You didn’t come back to the restaurant. How did things go with Dylan?”
Helena shook her head, took a deep sigh and bit her lip. She looked at her three closest friends who all looked anxiously at her for the answer. “It was one of the most incredible days, evenings and nights of my life and then boom! It all exploded in my face this morning.”
Almost in unison they asked, “What happened?”
“Maybe I overreacted. It just feels like my threshold of Dylan tolerance is so low, but the bottom line is that she lied to me. Or rather, she failed to tell me the complete truth.”
Alice looked at her cohorts for support to delve further into what was troubling Helena and asked gingerly, “What did she lie about?”
“She didn’t tell me she was sleeping with her assistant.”
There was a simultaneous outburst of, “Fuck!” “Oh shit!” Oh God No!” that came from the three.
“What the fuck! How did you find out?” asked Tasha as she gently rubbed Helena’s arm.
“I overheard them having a lover’s quarrel. She was asking Chelsea to not make as scene when I got there. She obviously was trying to console her. She told her they would take about it later but not to make a scene when I got there. I can only imagine what it would feel like to be her girlfriend and have her so blatantly spend the night with someone else. That is so fucking messy. Fuck, what am I saying, she was always messy.”
The three were speechless and looked at each other in disbelief. Bette broke the silence, “How did things end with you two?”
“I dropped her off at her hotel said goodbye.” Tears began to flow down Helena’s cheeks as she continued, “Chelsea was faithfully waiting there with her change of clothes for her interviews. She told me she loved me and she always will.” Helena hung her head low and her shoulder shook as the tears flowed freely. Alice came around and pulled Helena’s head to her mid-section to console her.

Someone need to B^&*h ,what ever her name is. Dylan should call Helena better still let Tina tell Dylan that Helena called her and old s&&t face would lether talk to her. Okay just get them back together. thanks
I am probably the only one feeling this way but having been in Helena’s situation more than once I understand perfectly how betrayed she feels once again. Dylan has had the opportunity twice to fill in Hel’s about that biatch of a Chelsea ; first when they were talking about who send the flowers and Hel’s told her about Raquel and second when He’s was asking her about Chelsea. She had the perfect opportunity there to explain to Helena what had occured between her and her assistant but no once again she chose to not tell the truth even tho she knew how vulnerable Helena was and even though she knew how much Helena hates the lies. Dylan jut never learns and I hope she bares the consequences of her acts.
OH BOY Squirl, I feel like your going to bring Racquel back, when you do (I mean if) can you tell us all about what she looks like again????? PLEASE. ok, sorry I konked out last night but here I am back from work and right to your story, been looking forward to it all day. BeLena is quite right, Dylan had chances and knew she was already on think ice, she could have slowed things down just a little to at least say they need to talk about them when they had more time togetther, she just needs to get a better clue but she needs to realize that now and tell Helena so our poor Helena’s heart dose’nt hurt so much. Thank you, Md
Well first of all, thank goodness we have more of this wonderful story!! Yeah!!! Second, I hate Chelsea, although I expect you wrote the story with that intention. I do think that Helena has a point – why the heck couldn’t Dylan just come clean about foolin’ around with her assistant? I mean just a casual mention that they had a fling and it was basically over would have been enough. I also am confused why Dylan is resorting to her old pattern of running whenever there is a conflict. That’s pathetic — she hasn’t learned a thing. Finally, Helena needs to take a valium. Yeah, Dylan was wrong but give the woman a break… Geez…the drama — you’re killing me Squirl. Sign me up for more!
great idea, i like me some Raquel…write on and post!!!
Chelsea is so in the wrong how does she think Dylan will love her if she forces it to happen when its so apparent that Dylan still loved Helena.I think that Racquel could distract Helena but we all know that we want DyLena because we are secretly rooting for them. please post soon.i am also intrigued by this slight Bette crush.
Squirl-Whirly. First of all, HELLO! And secondly, I feel like b*tch-slapping Chelsea! Urg. That woman really needs to get a life and stop trying to control Dylan! Damnit. Man. Alice’s comment about the convent was PRICELESS! Laughs. Hmmm. Can’t wait to see how big a distraction Raquel is going to be. Things are going to get interesting. (; PPS!
Squirl, you’re going to have to convince me that having one’s head pulled into Alice’s midsection is a consolation of any kind. Now holy frickety-frack, just when was Dylan supposed to tell Helena about her dalliance with the Seacow, er, Chelsea? I mean, the woman had her mouth full most of the evening and it’s not polite to talk with your mouth full!
ya didn’t think you’d be able to sneek this in on Tuesday night and I wouldn’t catch it did ya? Going to read if I fall asleep your comeing with me. Thanks Squirl, Md
