    How does Tina feel about all of this?

    “And what about you?” Addison asked.

    “What do you mean?”

    “You can’t fool me, Tina. I see the way you look at her. You’re crazy about her!”

    “It doesn’t really matter now. You have to promise not to tell her anything, but yes, I do share her feelings. I just think that she needs to get better first. She needs to see a therapist, she needs to deal with all these issues she has before she can even start a relationship. I want to be there as her friend.”

    “And you also don’t want to leave the safety and security your husband provides?”

    Tina was shocked by Addison’s forwardness. She had always been pretty sharp, but never this upfront. She shook her head. “No, it’s not that. It’s just… I mean, I feel that way for her, but it’s not the way I lead my life. I tried to bury the feelings but found myself unable, so I settled for Eric. He treats me right, he’s a good man and he loves me. I know that now everything has changed with Bette confessing her feelings in that twisted way of hers, but I’m not sure whether I’m ready to change my life just like that. I’ve grown accustomed to it. I need the steadiness right now to be able to support her. I may not live with my husband right now, but he’s still my husband and the idea that I have this marriage gives me a secure, stable feeling.”

    “You don’t think Bette can offer you a life that is secure and safe, but also enticing and thrilling? She would give you the world if she could – I don’t think you realise just how much she adores you. She would be so good for you. Imagine you would be forced to be away from Bette for two weeks. How would that feel?”

    “Awful – the thought of her wanting to end her life – the thought of her not being here – God it nearly killed me. I couldn’t live without her, I wouldn’t be able to breathe without her.”

    4. I love this story babe! I do think Tina’s right not to tell Bette straight away, as if she’s the only reason for Bette’s recovery it could cause problems in the future. Bette needs to be content in herself and then Tina can be an added bonus :) And we’ll work on that guest list as it’ll be a massive celebration obviously :)

    5. Love this story already… its nice to have a different story line in the pipeline. Im so sorry bette had to go through that and although Tina may be figuring out what she wants and wants Bette to get bette I feel it is for the best at the minute. But i do hope its soon she declares her love for the stunnig brunette :) great work Caramel

    6. Just found this story again and so happy that I did. Had to go back and read from the beginning to truly understand. I had forgotten it. Made myself a card for stories that don’t post often to continue to read. Love the story so much, hope Tina can give Bette some reassurance in the very near future since Addison has helped her to see that her feelings for Bette are just the same as Bette’s. They are truly in love with each other and Tina can’t admit it or won’t until she thinks Bette is on more solid footing emotionally. Personally, I don’t know how much longer Bette can keep going now that she has told Tina and Tina doesn’t reciprocate. Maybe Tina can soon. Wonderful update. Thanks for posting.

    7. Just read the five chapters of this posted story. My heart is so open for these ladies right now. It was hurting for Bette feeling her pain and for Tina for not knowing. I hope that you post another chapter of this story soon and have Tina let Bette know how she is feeling.

Just found and read this story, found it so sad and painful … Hoping Bette to feel better and able to see things differently, and I hope Tina have the courage to deal with what she feel towards Bette.Thanks for this Genner! I think it’s a new approach on Tibette which made me wonder on what’s next … :-) PPS
