    …..New Story…no title…….chapter 5

It was late in the morning when she woke up. After she did her morning routine, she called Alice. If she’d stay at home, she might as well spend her time with Danny.
Alice was at home, she had a day off because she had to take Danny to the consultancy. Tina asked if she could come along. Alice was more than happy. So she took her keys and bag and left for Alice.

    Bette’s POV
Bette never clocked that fast. Big Bertha was watching her with twinkling eyes.

    “That must be someone special.”

“She sure is, B. I’ll go by her work and ask her what her plans are for tonight.”

“Well good luck Pretty Face and have fun. See ya tomorrow. And before you’re gonna stress about it…….I don’t need no details. Too old for that.”

“I wouldn’t give you any but thanks for the heads up.”

Bette almost ran out of the store to get as fast as she could to the grocery store where Tina worked. She slowed down when she approached the store.
Much to her disappointment it wasn’t Tina standing behind the cash register but mr. Smith.

“Hi mr. Smith, is Tina in?”

“Hey, lovely lady. No your friend took the day off. I think it’s the smartest thing she did. She deserves this day off cause she hasn’t had a sick-day for a year now. An extra day off once in awhile is something you need, can I help?”

Bette was disappointed. She was looking forward in seeing Tina and she wasn’t there. And to her dismay, she never asked her for a phone number and she never gave Tina hers. She sighed and said she didn’t need anything. She thanked mr. Smith and walked out of the store.
    What now………??

She decided to walk over to Tina’s place. She pressed the doorbell but no reaction. She knocked on the door but still no reaction. Tina was not at home apparently. More disappointment. Where could she be? She looked in her jacket pocket for some paper. She did have a paper and pen on her. So she left a note behind for Tina. That was all she could do for this moment.
Slowly and disappointed she walked home. Because there was not much for her to do and her evening was spoiled as it was, she decided to go to the gym. So she packed her sports bag. Maybe if it’s wasn’t too crowded and she was lucky, she could talk to Shane. She really needed someone to talk to.

I am enjoying the friendship of Bette

which would be the enemy, fortunately not.
Pretty much how you describe all the love
      and mutual care of both.
      Worshiping its history.
The whole constellation of the universe.
Now I have to go to the airport, has

the airport is crowded, a total uproar yet
sends a video for you to see.
      Bear hug.
