    Bette and Tina are finally in bed, reconnecting and reclaiming each other, when all of a sudden….

    You are breathtaking, babe, she said looking directly into Bettes eyes.

    Tina untied her own robe, the pink silk easily slipping off her shoulders to reveal the exquisite fullness of her *****. Bette gasped at the sight of her lover before her, naked and trusting. Bette reached out her hand to touch Tinas breast, a caress that began as a soft exploration of something so familiar, yet again brand new. The first slow hesitant touches became more insistent, more demanding as the two women pulled their bodies as close together as possible, soft warm skin sliding against more soft warm skin.

    Tina moved back slightly to take her breast in her hand and guide it to Bettes mouth. Bette took the gift and cherished it with her lips and tongue, lightly tugging the erect nipple with her teeth. Tina was moaning and rocking against Bette, the sounds encouraging Bette to continue. Tinas gasps became louder and louder.

    Bette, stop! she said insistently. Oh my God! Ahhhh.

    Tina, whats wrong, Bette asked, suddenly alarmed as she watched Tina doubled over and clutching her protruding abdomen.

    Feel this, instructed Tina, putting Bettes hand on her abdomen. Can you feel that?

    Bette felt that Tinas abdomen had become as hard as a rock.

    Whats happening, whats wrong? Did I hurt you,? asked Bette desperately.

    It was a contraction, said Tina, gasping for air now that the pain had passed.

    Youre sure?

    Well I cant imagine what else it could have been, said Tina.

    Oh my God, Im taking you to the hospital right now, Bette cried, can you walk? Should I call an ambulance?

    Bette, baby, calm down. Im fine, see. Its over, Tina said soothingly while placing Bettes hand on her now softened belly.

    Youre okay, really? Bette asked, a worry line creasing her forehead as she bent over Tina.

    The books say that can happen sometimes, Tina explained, its nothing to worry about.

    Let me get the book, Bette said, starting to crawl out of the bed to retrieve the What to Expect While Your Expecting bible that was on the dresser across the room.

    5. Hey, i’m with chasemenow, with an update this good i would wait as long as it takes:) I hope Bette doesn’t get too ‘spooked’ by the false alarm…they can try again closer to the due date *wink*, to bring on the little one..hehe….Thanks for another wonderful chapter!
