    AU Alice, Shane and Tina are best friends. Tina and Shane finally meet Alice’s girlfriend, Bette Porter.

     

     

     

    After lots of struggling to force her body to get changed, Tina was finally in the car and pulling into the driveway of Shane’s house. She beeped the horn once to signal her arrival. The curtain moved to one side as a smiley faced brunette peered through the window.

     

    She lifted her index finger to tell Tina that she’ll be another minute.

     

    Tina leant against the door and frowned. She hated to admit this, but she was jealous of Alice and Shane. Alice always had a girlfriend or boyfriend, whereas Shane always had somebody to sleep with. Tina’s last relationship was with a man named Eric and that was years ago.

     

    She’d split up with him when she finally admitted to herself that she was gay – with the help of her two best friends.

     

    Her trail of thought was broken when the car door swung open. Tina looked over and watched with amusement as a soaking wet Shane climbed into the vehicle.

     

    “Damn, it’s really coming down.”

     

    “I’ve noticed,” Tina replied nonchalantly as she started the engine. “Are you looking forward to this?”

     

    Shane hesitated for a moment as she tried to word her thoughts correctly, when she couldn’t come up with anything, she shrugged and looked away.

     

    “Has Alice told you what she looks like?”

     

    Tina bit down on her lower lip and nodded.

     

    “I think so. Tall, slim, mocha-skinned, a brunette, apparently she dresses in power suits and stuff.”

     

    Shane nodded as she tried to visualise her in her mind, “She doesn’t seem like Alice’s type.”

     

    “What do you mean? She doesn’t dress in sports clothes, is constantly sweating and very naive?” Tina threw back, it was supposed to be a light-hearted joke but once she said it, it didn’t seem that way.

     

    An awkward silence overwhelmed them, neither one of them knowing what to say.

     

    The person Tina had been describing was Dana Fairbanks – an old friend of both of theirs and a past lover of Alice’s. She was very sporty due to her tennis occupation and was very unsure of herself. So unsure of herself that she packed and left in the middle of the night, nobody knowing where she’d gone.

    2. Like this begining, it sure does have a different twist. I know Alice and Bette were together before Tina, but they had already split by then. But I’m having faith that you will bring them together.

Oh dear rofl De Ja Vu’Just Like with Eric, Alice is doing the same thing! *tut* *tut* lol!Even though I am a tibetter, always will be, But before tibette, ya think Alice and Bette can have a last romp lol!, Ilene was unfair when all she gave us, what that lil scene at the Opera, I dno about anyone else, but even tho that was Hot, I was hoping for something more.

    13. Very nice sorry Alice has to get her heart broken, but if Bette could feel the relationship wasn’t going any where couldn’t Alice feel it too. Can’t wait for Tina and Bette to hang out for the day the possibilities are endless. Eagerly awaiting your next chapter pps.
