“Kit I want to pee” Bette whispered on Kit’s ear
“So?”
“Let me have your keys”
“Why?”
“I’ll go to your house”
“You want to pee and you want to go to my house?”
“Yes”
“Are you kidding me?”
“Kit please I need to go now to the bathroom please give me your keys”
“In case you don’t know Tina’s beautiful house is just a few steps away from our seats so you may want to consider that first before going to my house which is by the way all locked up”
Bette didn’t want to bother anybody most especially Tina
“Okay but can you come with me?”
“Hell no! Am I talking to a four year old? Just get your ass inside the house and pee and get back here soon”
“Okay fine” Bette said then rolled her eyes
Bette went inside the house and saw Jean’s caregiver “Hi Nancy!”
“Hello Ms. Bette!” Nancy greeted smiling
“Uhm can you please tell me where the bathroom is?”
“Sure you go to the hallway then turn to you left and the first door is the bathroom”
“Oh thank you so much!”
“You’re welcome!”
She followed Nancy’s direction and just over a minute she saw the bathroom door and went in, it only took the brunette less than five minutes inside then finally went out to join again her sister and friends.
As she was walking through the hallway, she noticed that nothing had changed from the last time she went over Tina’s house, the night when she came over and asked Tina if they could be friends. It was still the same beautiful house that she remembered, she saw some of Tina’s pictures when she was younger hanging on the wall, she felt a strong urge to stop and look.
The photos were taken when Tina was probably six years old; they were in black and white. Bette also saw a picture of a young Tina lying on the grass while her brother was sitting drawing her younger sister. It was such a beautiful picture, innocent and full of life, all captured in just one photo. She got startled when she heard a sudden voice
“Fuck!”

Peter was sitting on his favorite seat, the seat near the window. From where he was at, he could see the party that was happening near Tina’s house. Tina told him that it’s going to be her mom’s 70th birthday and that there will be several guests that would be coming. Although the blonde knew that it wasn’t probably a good idea, she still asked him if he wanted to attend the party good thing Peter declined. He said that he wasn’t ready yet to meet other people. The blonde didn’t push the teenage boy and instead respected his decision.

Phacey, you’re doing such a good job with this story.
Hey phacey … I haven’t commented on the last several chapters of this story so I’m going to make up for lost time by leaving you one of my ‘famous’ diatribes. I hope you don’t mind, but if you do just ignore me. I won’t be offended and I hope I don’t offend. You have added so many twists and turns to this story that the emotional rollercoaster is almost too overwhelming to care if TiBette ever happens. I’ve no interest in them being a couple and the longer the journey drags on the less it matters. I was never convinced that they have anything more between them than the shared experience of Bette’s first time. Their reaction to each other tells me they are still so far away from this supposed ‘greatest love of all’. I would really love to see a ‘real relationship’ develop between them based on trust, and values, and honesty, and integrity, and all the things that bring two people together in a meaningful everlasting love that goes beyond sexual attraction. To me these two are in ‘lust’. I am not convinced by any of their actions (past or present) that they fell ‘in love’ in the few days they were together. As for Sam she may be hurt but I have a feeling she’s already seeing the writing on the wall. If she’s smart she’ll make the first move just like Sarah did and get out of a relationship that isn’t going anywhere. She went into it knowing Tina’s heart would never be hers, and no matter how long they’ve been dating that hasn’t changed. Sam is already showing the insecurity and the frailty of the relationship if she felt the need to act differently around Bette than she normally would in public with Tina and Tina’s irritation of her being affectionate in front of Bette proves that her feelings are justified. I think Sam needs to voice her concerns, Tina needs to be honest and they should agree to end it as friends before things get ugly. Don’t drag out the break-up, just get rid of Sam and allow her to move on. She’s better off alone than with someone who is just biding time. You also hinted in a previous chapter about Helena still having feelings for Tina and knowing your penchant for DRAMA I imagine Helena is behind the grant and will come wanting Tina back just when Sam is out of the picture. Have your fun, but what I’m really interested in is how Tina could possibly know that Peter is Kit’s son, not say anything to her, and keep the child hidden from his mother after hearing both their stories. It’s almost cruel to think that she would prolong a reunion between them. It really boggles my mind, but then Tina never was affected by anything outside of herself. Even when Bette first told her the events of finding Kit she showed little interest or compassion. If she was paying attention she would have made the connection immediately when she first met Kit. Now that she knows Kit is Bette’s sister is her plan to use Peter and Kit as the lure to get Bette back into her life? Is Peter the ‘Angie card’ that most TiBette stories play? I anxiously await how you play out your hand. Thank you for keeping this interesting, so that even the long wait between posts is forgiven. Hope to see another soon.

Phacey sweetie thanks for another update! I have been following this story from the very beginning and enjoyed every post. I can understand if ur having difficulty getting our favorite couple together and removing Sam in the picture but please take ur time and allow the flow of the story to guide u. I trust that a time will come when u’ll see the whole picture much clearer and im sure its worth the wait. Talk to you soon my friend(;

Thank for another great update. Getting rid of characters isn’t easy, welcome to the world of writers. You do an amazing job if English isn’t your primary language. Your writing flows so smoothly. It will be interesting to see how a TiBette comes about in your story. I look forward to the adventure.
