When Bette was gone, the blonde went to the sink and looked at herself at the mirror. A lot of times she had wondered about what her reaction’s going to be once their paths crossed again and now as she was standing in front of the mirror she smiled at herself. She’s quite happy because she knew that after seeing Bette, finally she could move on with her life.
Bette went back to her seat and feeling… well relieved. The last time they spoke the hurt that registered on Tina’s face was so intense that she couldn’t bear to see. Huge guilt enveloped her whole being but now seeing her and seeing that smile graced her face again made her feel relieved.
“So Bette when will I meet your girlfriend?” asked Kit
Kit’s question resulted to a huge smile on the brunette’s face
“Sarah will be at home tonight, she will cook dinner for us”
“I can’t wait to meet her baby sis”
“And she can’t wait to meet you too, Kit”
Tina went back to her seat and gave Sam a good look
“I just got a text from Dana that she wanted us to meet her at Milk tonight with Lara, so would you like to come?” Sam asked
A sweet smile registered on the blonde’s face and said
“Count me in”
Chapter Twenty
“Finally you’ve decided to join us!” Dana said, she had asked Tina to go to Milk so many times that she’d lost count already because every time the blonde would always begged off and would rather stay at home. She knew everything about Bette and she had witnessed how her cousin was a real mess for a few months after that incident at Isabella’s that when Sam told her that Tina will be coming with them she was delightfully surprised.
“Yeah finally!” Tina replied smiling. It was only her second time of going to Milk; the first time was when she met the beautiful brunette.
“It’s really great to see you here… look at these women my god! I’m sure you’re gonna have a good time tonight Tina!” Dana said as her head was bobbing to the sound of the upbeat music.

I’m going to be honest, I really wish you hadn’t revealed the end of this story. But, you’re promising the element of surprise, so I’ll keep reading. Thanks for posting and continuing to share your story. Cheers
phacey thank you for the update. I so look forward to new chapters on this story even though it’s so heartbreaking. I’m curious to know what happened with all the friendships between Bette, Tina, Alice and Shane and also Sam and Sarah. Are they having to choose sides? Now Kit is in the mix and her relationship with Tina will certainly impact her relationship with Bette (good or bad I suppose we have yet to see). I hate that Sam and Sarah settled knowing they will never have the hearts of the women they love, but at least they are being honest which is a far cry from how Bette and Tina are with each other. If only they had that honesty when they met so much hurt could have been avoided. Thanks for keeping it going. You are doing a great job.
Get moving P – love how it’s going – but 4 short pages just isn’t enough! Just in case you have an extra chapter hanging around…I’ll be checking again later!!(more like every 10 mins)! :)
Great update. I wish that Tina had given herself some time to discover if there was any one else she might have wanted to date rather than go for Sam and eventually break her heart when it doesn’t work out. And now to learn that Bette still thinks of Tina when she is with Sarah. I just wish they had been honest with each other about their feelings, at least Tina was honest but Bette wasn’t honestwith neither Tina nor Sarah. This is going to cause so many heartaches before they get together, which could have been avoided. I still want to know what Bette was going to say to Tina that day they met because I think it would have changed how their relationship ended even if Bette wanted to take a “trial run” with Sarah. I know trial run is a terrible thing to say but it is what it is. This will sound terrible but Bette should have just dated both of them before going to bed with either of them. I think she would have learned where her heart wanted to be without sex complicating everything. Now she will get to hear about Tina without realizing it is Tina, until Kit tells her. As we know, yes, they will have a lifelong friendship. I really want to see where this story goes. Can hardly wait. Thanks for posting.
So Kit and Tina meet unaware that there’s this connection to the woman they both love for different matters of the heart; Bette. This should be interesting. Can’t wait for more.

Yes another post! You know phacey i’ve read a lot of tibette fanfics and most of the time if not all the time writers would picture a bad image of the third or fourth wheel in tibette ship just to bring Bette and Tina together. I’m a real tibette fan but in this story the way you write the Sarah and Sam characters so far it’s making me hard to decide whether i want tibette to get back together or they are just better off with their current love interests. i also loved the way you paint all the characters in such fashion where you allow the readers to see not only their good side but also their flaws making them more humans to me. i know that it’s going to be a long road for B&T but no matter how bumpy it’s gonna be i’ll stick around because i just simply loved this. Thanks phacey and i can’t wait to see how this story unfolds. take care.Ava
thankyou for the up-date,although it kills me to see bette and tina with anyone else, i trust you to not keep us wating too long for them to re-unite,,, on what you have said about susan boyle i can whole heartly agree with you, she has an amazing voice, i live just 20 minutes from her,and like many others hope that she continues to get the proper support so that she can keep enjoying the talent that she has and realises the enjoyment she gives to other..x
hope there is drama between this two and let them rekindle their love with each other again.PPS!

Tina should find other way to forget Bette, but not to be with Sam knowing that Sam was always impassioned by her. Because the same would be wrong if Bette only stay with Tina if Sarah didn’t have interest in her. Moreeeeeeeee :)
