    Susan stood in the street and watched Candace’s truck speed off.  When her truck disappeared around a corner, Susan went to her truck, got in and just sat for a few moments behind the wheel.

     

    Mission accomplished, Susan.  I am now the only ‘employee’ of Helena Peabody.  I really, really like you, Bette and Tina, but I have to apologize – the drama in your lives is not over yet.

     

    And what Susan didn’t see or in no way was aware of, was another set of eyes standing behind a car a short distance away.a pair of eyes that had become all too familiar with the characters in this dramatic play

     


     

     

    Sunday

     

     

    Helena‘s voice was rising as she spoke.

     

    “You’re what?  I should have known, Candace.  Go on, leave.  How you can be so intimidated by these people is beyond me.  You just didn’t want it bad enough.  That’s okay, someone else will get the job done for me.  I’d say see you around, but I don’t plan on it.”

     

    Helena ended the call.  She knew that was coming.  She knew all along Susan would be the one to follow through.   For all her bravado about payback, Candace was just a *****.  Now, Susan?  I don’t think anyone ever called her a *****.  Except in love.

     

    Oh, right, I’m not supposed to talk about her current ‘status.’  ***** you, Susan.  As soon as I found out your ‘status’, I knew if I dangled the bait, you’d bite.  A little bit of bucks will always help get you back to your previous ‘status.’   And bite you did.

     

    Things now need to get done.   I want Tina Kennard with me and Bette Porter goneThe unemployed landscaper needs to move on this and move soon.

    Well, well, interesting to see how events are coming along, isn’t it? People talk – I listen and follow.   She thinks she’s so ***** clever.  Yeah, having money will do that to you.  You begin to think you’re isolated, protected, guarded and above all the ‘poor folk’ you consider garbage in the gutter.  Think again, bitchthere’s a spot in the gutter I’ve reserved just for youand it’s right next to the sewer.

    4. my god..that was well worth it…now i should have read that one first.. ok to the other chapter… i don’t trust susan… its a trap…i bet tina is on her way home and bette is going into trouble… at least shane is with her… and alice…get your ass moving and get to bette and tina…please don;t make us wait to long for the next chapter…

    6. Thanks for the repost, I agree with Amanda come on Alice jump to it. I hope both Susan and Helena get what they deserve. Susan is stupid to think that it is okay to get paid to break someone up and still retain your own relationship. Helena will reck Susan’s relationship like she is trying to reck B&T’s. Hey Susan some times when you play with the Bull (or bi**h in this case) you get the horns!

    7. What are you doing to me arceextl? The last chappy you lost me at Tina kicked Candyass’s ass *heh heh thats funny* and this chapter you give me this it’s like your digging at the already open wound you have created. Do you enjoy this, my pain? Who the heck are all these entities in this story I can’t identify yet they seem to have a freaking crucial part in dismantiling Bette and Tina’s life.
