Love Revisited – Coming Home Part 51

Tomorrow will begin the truth in testimony as to Faye Buckley’s hate for Bette Porter.
Tonight was more testimony to the truth of the love between Bette Porter and Tina Kennard.
Like clockwork Bette got up to feed and change Angelica around 2:45 am. She was back down again around 3:40, so Bette crawled back into bed for another couple hours sleep.
6:30 am the alarm went off. Bette got up and made coffee. She went back into the bedroom and sat on Tina’s side of the bed and put her hand on her cheek. She hated to wake her.
“Hey, sleepyhead, we’ve got to get out of here early today so you better get up.
Tina protested incoherently but she managed to get out of bed.
The Porter-Kennard family was on their way to The Planet at 7:45 am. Angelica was going to spend time with her Aunt Kit today while her moms were in court.
The courtroom was filled on one side with all of Faye’s supporters.
Bette & Tina got there early as the DA requested and talked with her briefly. They were sitting in the first row behind counsel table.
The courtroom door opened and in walked Dana, Alice, Shane, Carmen and Jenny.
It was the McCutcheon-Piesecki Gang.
They looked like they were walking into the OK Corral and had no intention of walking out again without taking out one Faye Buckley and delivering her body to the open grave in
Bette and Tina smiled. They took seats behind them. Shane and Alice leaned into them.

Tension is so palpable all along the testimonies, like only a very fine and acurate build up can success.
Everything is also SO realistic, I simply felt being set in the audience…
And god, how much I’m waiting Kelly’s testimony, more than ever, hoping to see Buckley’s arrogance fully broken !
