Shane sighed " Tanning ? " she looked down at her porcelain skin

" Ahh fuck it ! " she told herself. But, she did go back into the house to change into a pair of white basketball short, and a black beater. Then she went back outside and sat on one of the comfy lawn chairs the hotel had on the deck.

Shortly after Carmen came out wearing a bikini, with her sunglasses and a bottle of tanning lotion in her hand

Shane looked at her smiling the whole time. Carmen really did have a nice body, she was curvey and full, with a beautiful face. Shane didn’t really realize until now how lucky she must really be to have her, almost undeserving.

Carmen caught Shane staring at her

" what ? " Carmen asked softly, while smiling

" Nothing, nothing, your just … really beautiful " Shane admitted

Carmen smiled and before she sat down she ruffled Shane’s hair and kissed her cheek

" Thank you, that’s really sweet of you to say that " Carmen said gratefully while sitting down in the chair next to her.

" Yeah, it’s no problem, I’m just really lucky " Shane smiled and looked over at Carmen

" No, I’m the lucky one " Carmen explained as she took Shane’s hand and squeezed it

" NO, I am, I think I don’t even deserve you sometimes " Shane said as she looked down at her feet

" Are you kidding, your amazing Shane, your cute, funny, popular, and a complete star ! Everyone wants you, and I have you, I couldn’t ask for more ! " Carmen blurted out

" No, Carmen, really, I’m not all those things, I was once a terrible person, I mean after I found out about  Amanda I was. I cheated on so many people and hurt everyone. " Shane said ashamed of herself

Carmen looked Shane deeply in the eye " Hey, that doesn’t matter to me, you were hurting and you needed to get your mind away from thinking of Amanda ; We all make mistakes Shane, and it doesn’t matter to me who you were or what you did, it only matters to me who you are now. "
