    Life’s Lessons – Chapter Two

    —————————————- Chapter Two ———————————————

It was Sunday morning. Bette and Tina sat at the table eating breakfast, waiting for their kids to wake up. Cyrus was the first one downstairs, in his blue boxers, sleeveless white shirt, messy, light brown hair and mocha skin he looked plain hot. All the girls drooled over him but he was totally oblivious to it, just like Tina was about her beauty.

    He smiled at his parents.

“Good morning.” He said and gave them a kiss on the cheek before sitting down.

“Good morning, son.” Bette smiled at her ‘little’ boy. Cyrus was taller than her but she, like every mother, saw her son still as her little boy. He got his tallness from Marcus. His sisters were not as tall because the donor they choose for them was different, a slightly smaller man. The donor was about the same length as Bette who was going to be the birth mother of the children after Cyrus’ dramatic birth. Mother and son almost died but Dr. Wilson had been able to save them both.

“I’m sorry I was a little later. Debbie was tipsy and wanted to drive herself home. I decided to drive her instead of letting her pay for a cab. Hope I didn’t worry you two.” Cyrus explained while pouring his milk over his cornflakes.

“No, off course not.” Tina said. Bette buried her head in the paper she was reading, biting her lip to prevent a chuckle from spilling out. Not worried? Tina hadn’t been able to sleep until 2AM.

Just then, Esther came down the stairs, looking very tired. Bette frowned at that, how was that possible. She had gone to sleep at 9PM.

    “Good morning.” Esther said, yawning.

    “Good morning, boo.” Tina said.

Esther sat down and did the same as her bother.

“Why are you so tired?” Bette asked.

Esther looked at her Mom. “Well, I kind of stayed up drawing…”

“You know I don’t want you to do that.” Bette said sternly.

“But I saw this old man yesterday and he just intrigued me. His face is saved in my head and I wanted to get it on paper.” Esther defended her actions.

“I understand that when you have inspiration, you want to put it on paper but the whole night? That is too much and not good for you.” Bette told her daughter.

    1. Man if I pulled a stunt like that my parents would kick my ass! B n T are very patient, I wonder what the heck happened to Selena, Esther should tell them for her sister’s sake

    2. It’s always one bad seed in the bunch, sigh what are they gonna do with her, but more importantly what is going on so bad she has to be disrespectful towards her loving parents, can’t wait to see
