    Still in the elevator, hanging by a few wires with no where to go…nothing but time on their hands. Yuck, sounds like the perfect time for some good ole fashion lesbian processing!!!!

     

    Previously….

     

    “Does Angie know about the baby yet?” Tina asked.

    “I thought I would wait until I was really showing to try and explain the concept of a baby inside Muma’s tummy.” Bette furrowed her brow. “Would you like to be there with me T when I talk with Angie about it?”

    Tina sucked in her breath. “I’d love to,” she said quietly. “Thank you.”

    Sensing a break in the conversation, Bette leaned over and grabbed the bottle that had started it all. “Would you like a drink?”

    “Yes, please,” Tina said as she reached out for the bottle. Their fingers touched during the exchange, causing a current to zigzag up both their arms.

    Bette watched the bottle helplessly as Tina wrapped her lips round the top, and then watched as Tina closed her eyes as she tilted her head back taking a long, slow drink. Bette’s eyes widened as a lone drop escaped from the side of Tina’s mouth, taking a deliberate path down her chin.

    “Fuck,” she whispered.

    Tina swallowed the remainder of the water, casually wiping the moisture from her chin. “What?” she asked innocently.

    Bette licked her own lips as she watched the sensual movement of Tina’s fingers caressing the smooth silky skin on her chin.

    “I have to pee.”

     

     

     

    Chapter 5

    “Wh…? Oh…” Tina’s shoulders sagged, her confusion and disappointment evident at not getting the response she knew she had no right to hope for.

    Bette’s eyes widened. I have to pee? Are you kidding me?! That’s what I said when really I was thinking…

    Her arm unconsciously rose towards Tina’s chin…aching to wipe the remaining moisture from her silky skin. “You always were so…….” fucking sexy, even when doing something as mundane as taking a drink of water, she finished the observation silently.

    She dropped her arm before making contact and gave Tina a sympathetic smile. “Why weren’t you happy with Henry?”

    Tina took a deep breath, her head spinning a little bit as she tried to keep up with the different emotions flying across Bette’s face and words out of her mouth.

    “Why wasn’t I happy with Henry?” She repeated. She spoke quietly, her words laced with pain. “Karma, stupidity, arrogance, dismission, homophobia, stereotypical…and… ” Tina stopped, giving Bette a sad smile. “I can go on if you would like.”
