    Seven hours later Tina woke up.  The side of her face felt flat and the entire right side of her body was completely asleep.  She lifted her head off the table and rubbed her eyes.  Besides the fact that she slept sitting up, at an editing table, she felt somewhat refreshed.  She wondered why no one had woken her up then realized she had locked the door when she came back in after her cigarette. 

     

    Tina knew there were probably lots of really pist off students sitting on the other side of that door, waiting for her to come out.  Tina quickly gathered her things and turned of the machines.  Just like she thought, there were two groups of people waiting angrily at the door.

     

    Tina avoided any and all eye contact as she quickly snaked her way through the lynch mob and back to the outside world.  Tina walked slowly through the parking lot and over to her car. 

     

    With mild traffic, Tina made it home and into the shower.  She stood under the hot stream of water hoping the heat would work out some of the kinks in her tired muscles. 

     

    Tina was being over dramatic about getting the project done.  She knew they would get it done on time, they always did.  Sometimes she got stressed a little too easily.  It was a good thing she could handle it, especially with her chosen career.  That was the next thing that needed addressed.  She needed to find a job before her parents arrived.  If they found out she was jobless after graduation they would absolutely talk her into returning home.  At this point Tina would take any job; there were bills that needed to be paid very soon.

     

    Tina finished her shower and wrapped a fresh towel around her damp body.  She moved through the cool air in the hallway and into her bedroom.  Today was a comfortable day, Tina searched through the bottom drawers of her dresser until she came across a pair of board shirts and her favorite tee shirt, baby blue with a vintage iron on picture of a glittery sunset.  Tina ran her hands through her damp hair creating the, slightly messy yet cute look.  After she finished getting dressed she grabbed her cell phone and dialed Matt.

    24. Ok so it is months since you began this but I thought I’d still add my comments. I am just echoing the other adoring fans who have thoroughly enjoyed your beginning and want it to continue. You write well and have set an interesting scene for it all to stem from. Please consider continuing this at some point. We will all be here waiting to read it!! Thanks for what you have started.
