Dave starts to explain.  “Here’s what info I’ve gathered so far:  Terri Ann Fraser, is thirty-five years old. She is bi-sexual.  She has a steady boyfriend who she is seeing while she is also dating Bette.  Terri is a Manicurist at Legend Nail Salon on Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood.  The Salon has employed Terri for approximately eight months.  She is an average employee. Terri came in contact with Bette approximately eight weeks ago at a club called ‘Milk’.  They had been dating a week when Bette met Tina by chance.  Bette was at Paramount Studios to pick up two paintings that were being loaned to the California Arts Center for a charity benefit.  Bette is the Director of the C.A.C.  Bette walked into Tina’s office by mistake and it was love at first sight according to Bette’s assistant Katie.  It’s really kind of funny.  I guess Bette walked in and after only thirty seconds Bette walked up to Tina and laid a big wet kiss right on the mouth!  It caught Tina off guard.  But a few seconds later Tina lays a big wet kiss on Bette!  Tina then handed Bette her business card and said call me for a date.  (Mel is shaking his head as he’s laughing.)  The ironic thing is Tina was straight up until that kiss.  Bette is the first and only woman Tina has ever been with.  Mel asks, “Dave how in the hell did you get all this inside information?”  Dave smiles, “It seems Katie, Tina’s assistant is a Miss Chatty Kathy!  You ask her one question and she’ll tells you a story.  Don’t get me wrong, she’s a sweet kid.”

Dave picks up where he left off.  “Let’s see where was I?  Bette was smitten with Tina.  She was taking it nice and slow with her.  She didn’t want to scare her off.  According to everyone I spoke to Bette was a player; she was with a different woman every night.  Terri was falling for Bette after one date.  When Bette told her she could see her only once in a while.  Terri was pissed.  But Terri continued to sleep with Bette even though she knew Bette was seeing Tina.  According to Dean, the bartender at Milk, he said Bette lied to Terri and told her Tina was just a friend of the family, and that she wasn’t sleeping with her.  The last part was true.  I guess Bette and Tina waited three weeks before they actually slept together.  Now according to Katie, Tina was saying Bette started acting a little strange right after that.  Tina just thought Bette was a little quirky.  I think Terri was taking revenge on Bette and introduced her to the drug thing first.
