Tina goes back to the front door and helps TJ with Anna’s luggage.  Tina introduces Ana.  “Everyone this Anna she’s my Mexican Mom.  She’s been with my family since I was three days old!”  Anna smiles and comes over to Bette.  “You must be Bette.” (Anna puts her hand lovingly on Bette’s face.)  “I can tell the way my Tina looks at you.”  Tina puts her arm around Anna and introduces her to Kit.  “Momma A this is Kit Porter, she’s Bette’s sister.”  Anna puts a hand to Kit’s face too.  “You’re the rock star!”  Kit laughs.  “I use to sing professionally.”  Anna continues.  “My Tina played your song over the phone for me.  You sing with Nona Hendrix.”  Kit is impressed.  “Anna your really with it.”  Anna says, “I’m very ‘Hep’ for an old lady!”  Tina is laughing, “Momma that’s ‘Hip’ not ‘Hep’.”  Everyone laughs as they sit down to a relaxing dinner.  Anna is regaling everyone with tales of Tina’s teenage years.  Bette is getting a kick out of Anna’s teasing Tina.  Anna even had Tina blushing a couple of times.  Tina is so happy her two favorite people in the world (Bette and Anna) are here.

When everybody is finished with dinner, Tina walks Bette back to the guest bedroom.  She helps Bette take off her robe and get into bed.  Tina says, “Bette let me look at your feet.  I think we can take the bandages off for good.”  Tina gets the salve and applies it to Bette’s feet.  Tina gets Bette her medication and a glass of water too. 

With everything taken care of Tina takes her shoes off and gets into bed with Bette.  Tina takes Bette into her arms and whispers, “Are you feeling alright Babe?  Do you need anything before I leave?”  Bette starts to cry as she says,  “Tina please don’t go.”  Bette grabs Tina’s face as she says.  “Let TJ go and get the information why do you need to hear all the gory details?”  Tina smiles,  “Bette you already told me about Terri, I’m fine with it I understand.  There’s nothing to worry about I’m going to be careful.”  Bette is pleading with Tina now.  “Tina I’m going to worry about you the whole time.”  Tina answers, “Baby, I’m going to be with TJ.  I’ll be fine, and we’re not going to stay out that late so please don’t worry.”  Tina gives Bette a kiss on the forehead and cuddles with her until it’s time to leave.

Bette is not looking forward to tonight when Tina gets home.  The sh*t’s going to hit the fan.  She knows that Tina is going to hear about all the crap she’s been doing.  Bette is thinking to herself, “Someone is going to spill the beans to Tina.  F*ck, Tina is going to leave me for sure.  Why did I f*ck all those women?  That’s why I was so exhausted at the beach house.”  Bette continues,  “Tina takes such good care of me and she loves me unconditionally, and what do I do to repay her?  I have meaningless sex at lunchtime  that’s how!  I’m a f*cking monster.”  Bette is holding her head as she says,  “Why am I doing this to Tina?  This is Terri’s fault.  She’s the one who told me I had to do it.  I’ve got to talk to Dan and find out why I couldn’t say ‘No’.  He’s got to talk to Tina for me I can’t lose her.  . … I just can’t.”  Bette pulls the blanket over her and takes Tina’s pillow and hugs it as she cries herself to sleep.
