“This time it was worse. He said he saw me with you and told me that if I really didn’t want to listen, that I would be sorry. He was more rough than usual. It had never been this bad and I really couldn’t keep this inside anymore. I had to tell you. I already told my mother a few days ago but not the whole story and she said she would make sure I wouldn’t get lesions of him anymore and I don’t, but still, today, he said he had to explain me something about a test I made. He had to do that from Mr. Hendrix, my current teacher. I didn’t think he would hurt me again, but he did. I didn’t want to tell you because eI feel so good when I’m with you and I didn’t want to mess up what we have… I am so stupid.”

Bette lifted Tina’s head and looked into her eyes. “You are not stupid. None of this is your fault and I am going to make sure Mr. Green is behind bars in no time. I promise you.”

The words soothed the blonde-haired woman a little but then she took a deep breath. What she was going to tell now was the worst. This could mean the end of their relationship.

“Bette, there is something else…” She began.

“What, honey?” Bette asked, looking in Tina’s eyes. What could there possibly be?

Tina looked down, not able to keep looking into those deep brown eyes.

“I discovered that I’m… I’m… I’m…” She stuttered, the emotions once again took over and started crying again.

“Tell me baby.” Bette encouraged her girlfriend.

“I’m pregnant.” Tina sobbed and held Bette close as if it was the last time she ever would.

Bette world stood still. Tina, her girlfriend, was pregnant… She didn’t know what to do. She knew she wanted to be with the blonde, no doubt, but this was very much to deal with. She decided she had to have some more information.

“When did you discover it?” She asked.
