    The reception. The honeymoon. Six months later…

                    Helena walked over to Bette and Tina, and Tina cupped her face.

    “How the hell did you pull this off?” She wrapped her arms around Helena and gave her a hug. She pulled away, and Helena smiled.

    “I told you—I have my connections.”

    “Thank you for this Helena.” Bette smiled and gave her a hug.

    “You’re welcome Bette.” Everybody began to dance and sing along to the song. Tina stood against Bette, and Bette wrapped her arm around Tina’s waist and swayed to the music.

                    Tina sauntered over to the chair in the middle of the dance floor and took a seat. Bette smiled as she walked over to her wife and got down on her knee. She looked at Tina and smiled. She ran her hands up Tina’s leg and up her dress. The group cheered as Bette disappeared under Tina’s dress. Tina smiled embarrassingly as Bette grabbed the garter with her teeth and pulled it down Tina’s ivory, smooth leg. Bette pulled her foot out of her heel and slipped the garter off. She put Tina’s heel back on her feet and kissed her leg. She got back up on her feet and twirled the garter around her index finger. She helped Tina from the chair and kissed her hand.

    “I love you.”

    “I love you more.”

    “Ooohhh! Is it time to throw the bouquet?” Alice jumped up and down.

    “Alice—calm down.” Shane grabbed her hand, and Alice pouted. Helena smiled, and Tina grabbed her bouquet. She walked back to the middle of the floor. Carmen had the microphone.

    “All right—I need all the single ladies on the floor.”

    “Damn it!” Alice cursed, and Bette and Tina smiled.

    “Sorry Al!” Tina yelled out. Bette stepped back as Tina faced her back towards everyone. She took a deep breath and threw the bouquet behind her. The women screamed as they fought each other for the bouquet, and Helena reached out. The women stopped, and Tina turned around. She smiled and clapped when she saw the bouquet in Helena’s hands. Helena smiled as she raised the bouquet above her head.

    “All right—Helena step out and now, I want you ladies to stay here. Bette come out on the floor.” Carmen smiled, and Bette continued to twirl the garter on her finger. She turned around and looked over her shoulder.
